Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely low flow Beautiful faucet, but very poor performance/water flow. Hired a plumber for professional installation and ended paying for putting my old faucet back on after seeing the small stream of water coming down from the faucet. On top of everything else, Delta, who should be backing up the quality of their products, makes the customer pay to return the subpar item back to them. I reached out to customer service, whose response literally was "I am sorry that you purchased a product that you no longer need"???? I have received better customer service assistance from small mom and pop businesses. Shame on you Delta and please don't bother responding to this review with insincere generic statements. Thanks

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Expensive but worth it. Love this set! Installed 7 years ago and still looks awesome and works perfectly. Had my reservations about Delta, but this set is top quality.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Stenier removal Beautiful faucet. Only complaint I have is I Cait remove stenier to clean it. The plastic tool will not let me remove it. Wondering if you have a quick fix for this problem. Thanks

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looks great, performs poorly Delta, do any of these faucets have decent water flow? if so, I would like to get one that does. Love the style but it barely has any water coming out of it. Our water pressure is above 65 psi, so that is not the problem. I have now read the reviews, I do not want to rebuild a brand new faucet that costs as much as this one. Please let me know if you have one that works correctly that you can send to me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product. We love the look in our new bath Installed this product last year and we love it. We are having trouble with the water flow. I read in the reviews you had instructions to clean the flow restrictor, could you please send this. Thanks

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beautiful but Low Flow This faucet is like jewelry for your bathroom! It's so sleek and contemporary that I'm sure we'll get rave reviews from guests. That's where we installed it; well, my husband performed that task and said it was a no-brainer process. While beautiful, the low flow is something to get used to. I wouldn't have this water-saving feature in our master bath, but it is a keeper for the seldom-used guest bath. And usually, the Delta brand will mean good, quality years of performance.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful, but.... I absolutely love the look of this faucet, and we had no issues installing it. However the water flow from this faucet leaves some to be desired. We are very environmentally conscious and believe in conserving water, but within reason, and the low flow of this faucet takes some getting use to. Had we put it in our main bathroom where we use the sink much more often, I think we would have been replacing it. We put it in our spare bathroom where we basically just wash our hands, and it's tolerable for that. We already did all of the things that I saw suggested in other reviews and it didn't seem to help any. We aren't plumbers by any means, but decent DIY... still maybe we are missing something. That being said, it is beautiful and sleek and definitely upgrades the look of our bathroom. If the flow was just a little better it would be amazing!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome faucets I just love them, my husband got them put on which wasn't hard at all, but he does plumbing. And the lever moves right up and down for turning it on and off. But what I love the most is that the spicket comes out farther than the other one we had. You don't have all the splashing of the water with it sitting out further. I have big mirrors above our bathroom vanities and they would have water splashes all over them and now nothing. And I love the stylish look of it.
