Paint Chipped Off After Only a Few Months
After only a few months the paint chipped off near the top. This area is protected from impact by the handle so this is 100% due to a poor paint job and design. The chipped paint could not be in a worse place aesthetically.

Striking Faucet - Highly Recommend
We originally installed the Delta Vero faucet which was beautiful but not functional. If you do not install it close enough to the vessel sink, it splashes all over. The Trinsic is simpler, very striking, and functions with out all the splashing on the mirror and counter. It can be installed at the typical distance from the sink for this type of faucet and has enough reach to function properly. We are very pleased with the look and functionality.

Elegant look
Love the simple but elegant look . Compliments a glass sink Works well took and no time for plumber to install . And it’s a Delta so if needed parts will be available not like the last one which was a Grohe , parts came from Germany and was the wrong one in the end.

Q&A
We have trinsic bathroom faucets. We have noticed a substantial decrease in water pressure with the faucet. We understand the water-sense technology decreases flow, but am surprised the pressure is less. What can be done to increase pressure?

The Delta Faucet 558-BLMPU-DST maximum flow rate is 1.2 GPM at 60 PSI. If you experience lower flow, please remove the aerator and soak it in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water to remove any excess debris.

Are the supply line nuts and gaskets available to replace when cutting the pex supply lines for a custom and clean look. The customer said that they did not have any with the parts. Just what was on the supply lines from factory.

Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company about 558-RBMPU-DST! The ferrules are supplied with the faucet, and the nuts included with the supply lines are used when doing a custom fit connection. However, we do not advise on cutting, as the lines may not provide a leak free joint.
Delta is not responsible for tubing that is cut too short or cut in a way that will not allow for a leak-free joint. Please contact us directly if you have any questions or need additional assistance.

On model#: 558-CZMPU-DST, when I turn the wheel to the left, I get cold. When I turn it to the right, I get hot water. Is this how it works, or is this installed incorrectly?
