Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice faucet a bit difficult to install My husband and I installed this together and it took a couple of hours. It does not come with all the parts you need so we had to repurpose some of the pieces from the old faucet we were replacing. Thankfully they worked otherwise we would’ve had to run to the hardware store which would’ve been annoying. Rubbed bronze is exactly what we needed and it was a perfect match so we were happy with the look. This does look a little cheaper than the photo so I’m hoping the quality holds up as good as the last one. I was in love with the look of our last faucet as it had that old vintage look and this is much more modern but it really needed to be replaced. So far it seems to be working well and the water doesn’t splash everywhere when the kiddo uses it so that’s a plus. Will try to remember to update in a year to see how it holds up after use.

I was so excited to be selected for this Delta claim opportunity. The dark bronze color is so beutiful and the faucet is so bulky and well built. I cant tell this will last for decades! It came with all the cords, screws and very well written instructions that my husband gladly went over. He said it will be a piece of cake and loves the facues as much as i do. We will be putting this in our restroom after remodel. My mother in law has one just like it also by Delta that i like so i have no doubt this will work wonderfully for us.

You should have no problem. Good water flow and seems to a great quality faucet. Glad to be able to try it out.

We recently installed a vanity and this pulls it all together. It did take us some time to install it and we had to run to the hardware store but overall it wasn’t too bad. And I love it!

Customer service is weak and the phone number to call for assistance is just taking me in circles. I am sure I will get a "form letter" type of response apologizing for my bad experience, but you can save it! Switching to another brand!

New faucet has restricted water flow with a spout restrictor change. Need to get faucet with old round restrictor vs. new square restrictor. See pictures.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor warranty backing I have had this faucet for the last 10 years or so. Aside from replacing the cartridges once, it has been fine, until the finish started to crack away, and then yesterday a leak developed from under the sink where it connects to the drain pipe. I called today for a warranty claim, and the phone representative said to me that they only recommend half vinegar and half water for cleaning. Who doesn't use commercial cleaners to clean their bathroom? So since I had said I use Scrubbing Bubbles (as I have for every other house/brand of faucet), the warranty won't be honored. I'll just say that MOEN has never refused to back up their products. So now I have an offer of 50% off a product instead of the replacement I should be sent, yet why would I want to use Delta again if this is the way they back up their product??

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Solid faucet - but snap-together parts? Felt like a good, solid faucet. The price was right and finish was nice. The installation was easy; however, the first faucet leaked and had to pursue a warranty through Delta. After multiple calls & emails to Delta (through which one representative claimed I had received a discontinued faucet) I received a replacement faucet. Well, guess what: I got the same version of the faucet that was supposed to be "discontinued". Not sure what to think about that but the replacement went in fine. Overall I really question snap-together (O-ring dependent) supply tubes. I have installed many faucets over the years and am not convinced about the the long-term reliability of the snap-together parts. I guess time will tell.

They are very thin and you get the impression that if you turn the water on or off with a bit more force than needed you could bend the metal. I would not purchase this faucet again.

I have the Windemere two handled widespread bathroom faucet model number B3596LF-OB. The water barley comes out. Is this normal? Is something wrong with the faucet? This is the only faucet in my house that does this.

If you are not getting this flow rate, we recommend removing the aerator to check for mineral buildup as well as flushing the faucet of any further debris. Does the spout rotate left to right on the collar or should it be tight enough not to move?

I installed this faucet on a granite vanity countertop and the spout moves but the collar it rests on does not. Should it be tighter? I am afraid of cracking the top.

How to tighten loose handles?

Just installed Windemere Faucet B3596LF which has a smaller base than my old faucet. I can now see water damge to my marble that was covered by the wider base of the old faucet handles. Is there a wider base I can get to cover up the damage? Thanks.

Thank you for your question, Jackietools! Unfortunately we do not offer or manufacture a wider base that can be used with this model. Typically we recommend a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water for hard water buildup; however, this may be too acidic and could result in damaging the marble permanently. Will this product work on a copper sink?

Bought 3 of these and now they tell me these drains are for porcelain sinks and not metal.

what valve/water hook-up materials do i need for this faucet?

Dear Val, Thank you for your inquiry! To install the Delta Windemere Lavatory B3596LF-OB faucet the Hook-Ups are the only thing NOT PROVIDED. You would need to determine which type of connection you will be making. I have this faucet on my jetted tub. The hot water valve has been a problem to replace. Can you tell me the part number for this valve so I can make sure I am using the right one? I fix it and a few uses later it starts leaking again.

Hello Fredro, Thank you for your question. If your faucet is leaking water underneath the hot and cold handles, then the RP24096 (brass) stem units will need to be replaced. If your faucet is just dripping water from the spout when the faucet is not in use, then the RP4993 seats and springs will need to be replaced under both handles. I was surprise the two lav. faucet did not come with a template for drilling holes in the granite. Where can I find a templete?

Unfortunately, we do not have a template for drilling the holes.
