Rated 4 out of 5 by from Classic and Metallic Faucet with Long Install The details (H and C) on this faucet are a really nice touch. I really like the combination of the bronze and metal appearance together. It’s good quality and a standard size that works well in my bathroom. The install was kind of lengthy for a beginner though. If you have experience it probably will be easier but it took me a while. Once it’s successful, it adds a great pop in a bathroom.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice looking faucet, and great upgrade This faucet looks really nice. The finish looks very high quality and I believe this should hold up quite well. The faucet seems very solid and installation was pretty simple. The most time consuming part of the installation was removing the old faucet which was pretty poor quality compared to the delta. The hot and cold temperature controls click together to the facet line with a quick connector, so installing was a breeze. I wasn’t sure if oil rubbed bronze would look good with a dark countertop, but after installing I think this would look great with almost any color. Would definitely recommend as an upgrade to your bathroom.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful clean looking faucet. Beautiful!! Easy to install and didn’t take long to get it done. This faucet is so pretty and with it being oil rubbed bronze, it can fit in many different color scheme rooms. The water flow comes out great and the handles are the perfect size. If you’re doing a remodel, definitely go for this faucet, you won’t regret it.

I have the Windemere two handled widespread bathroom faucet model number B3596LF-OB. The water barley comes out. Is this normal? Is something wrong with the faucet? This is the only faucet in my house that does this.

If you are not getting this flow rate, we recommend removing the aerator to check for mineral buildup as well as flushing the faucet of any further debris. Does the spout rotate left to right on the collar or should it be tight enough not to move?

I installed this faucet on a granite vanity countertop and the spout moves but the collar it rests on does not. Should it be tighter? I am afraid of cracking the top.

How to tighten loose handles?

Just installed Windemere Faucet B3596LF which has a smaller base than my old faucet. I can now see water damge to my marble that was covered by the wider base of the old faucet handles. Is there a wider base I can get to cover up the damage? Thanks.

Thank you for your question, Jackietools! Unfortunately we do not offer or manufacture a wider base that can be used with this model. Typically we recommend a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water for hard water buildup; however, this may be too acidic and could result in damaging the marble permanently. Will this product work on a copper sink?

Bought 3 of these and now they tell me these drains are for porcelain sinks and not metal.

what valve/water hook-up materials do i need for this faucet?

Dear Val, Thank you for your inquiry! To install the Delta Windemere Lavatory B3596LF-OB faucet the Hook-Ups are the only thing NOT PROVIDED. You would need to determine which type of connection you will be making. I have this faucet on my jetted tub. The hot water valve has been a problem to replace. Can you tell me the part number for this valve so I can make sure I am using the right one? I fix it and a few uses later it starts leaking again.

Hello Fredro, Thank you for your question. If your faucet is leaking water underneath the hot and cold handles, then the RP24096 (brass) stem units will need to be replaced. If your faucet is just dripping water from the spout when the faucet is not in use, then the RP4993 seats and springs will need to be replaced under both handles. I was surprise the two lav. faucet did not come with a template for drilling holes in the granite. Where can I find a templete?

Hi Byron, Thank you for your question. This faucet is designed to work with 3-hole installations on 6"-16" centers. The hole size should be 1 1/8" to 1 1/2". Unfortunately, we do not have a template for drilling the holes.
