Last time I was sent a cartridge for free to repair. I need another one for this set. Too expensive to be replacing this often and a pain!

Water flows out of the top and bottom. Have no idea how to make this stop. Seems like they would be set up to work without adjusting. Very dissatisfied with this delay on the job.

Hi I bought a B114900C and install it but it work only half way and it doesn't turn on hot position On right side is off and if turn it left comes on cold position then mix. That's it. Why I cannot have on hot position?

is stainless different than brushed nickel?

Undoubtedly during the remodel, the valve was not set at the correct depth and the shower walls are already installed. The 3 1/8 screws that that came with the valve to hold the trim ring are about a quarter of an inch short. Suggestions?

This is the same distance to the finished wall. If the valve installation does not meet these requirements the valve will need to be reinstalled. We appreciate your inquiry. To another post you answered that the tub spout was non-metallic, but elsewhere I read this was only one of two spouts that was still metal. Please clarify.

I installed the bath faucet for model B114915C and pushed it flush to the shower wall and set the set screw, but the faucet spins all the way around. Is it suppose to spin around the copper pipe? It is almost like the set screw is too small.

No, the rough-in valve is not included when purchasing BT13210-SS. Models manufactured in Sept. 2006 or later will have a MultiChoice valve, which will allow you to change the series of trim. MultiChoice series numbers are 13, 14, 17, or 17T. Units made before this date can be upgraded, but only with a trim of the corresponding series. 1300/1400 Series trims can be replaced with 13/14 Series trim kits using the original RP19804 cartridge, and 1700 Series trims can be replaced with 17 Series trim kits using the RP32104 cartridge. MultiChoice model cartridges will have a gray top; prior models have a white top. I just replaced our tub/shower unit with a Delta Foundation Model B114915C-SS. Everything is fine, except the tub spigot rotates freely on the copper tubing, even after tightening the set screw. The instructions are not helpful. How can I fix this?
