They changed the mounting of the tube spigot but they didn't update the instructions to reflect the new type. Its a piece of garbage!!

Nice Delta Faucet
Delta Faucet's design is beautiful, traditional and elegant. It is made of excellent quality materials. It is easy to install. It is very easy to change water temperature. My bathtub is very pretty after installing my new Delta Faucet.

I have a BT13410-ss and am looking for a large escutcheon plate that would match. The plate needs to be a minimum of 10"X 6.5" Any recommendations?

How can this be upgraded?
We are having a new home built and the builder (Brookfield) is using this model (Foundations Monitor 13) in the bathrooms. I want to upgrade everything. Shower head, spigot, and handle, to something nicer. What Delta shower packages can I upgrade to without having to rip out the wall?

Thank you for your question. Any new trim kit that starts with T13, T14, T17, and T17T will work with your existing valve body inside of your wall. Here is a link to the shower units:

I have a Scald Guard shower/bath valve that was installed in 1993. I do not know what the model was. I am looking to update the trim only.
Is it safe to assume the 1300/1400 model line trim would fit?
Thank you for your question. If your faucet turns on by turning the handle to the right or left, you have a 1300/1400 series faucet. You can use any 1300/1400 trim but you will need to keep your old cartridge. The cartridge that comes with the new trim will not work with your older valve.
If you turn on your faucet by pushing up and then turning to the right or left, you have a 600 series faucet. The 1300/1400 trim will not work with the 600 series.

I have the delta tub and shower B114900. I am trying to install the tub spout onto a 1/2" copper pipe that is 4" from my wall. It will not push flush to the wall. There is a 3/4" gap. Do I need to cut the copper pipe to 3 1/4"?

Thank you for your question. For a slip-on installation, the pipe should extend 1-1/2" to 2-3/4” from the finished wall. Threaded installations require a 3-7/8" to 4” pipe.

Do all shower/bath faucet kits come with the cartridge to insert in the Delta Multichoice rough-in?

Yes, this trim kit will install onto your existing valve. However, you must use the existing RP19804 cartridge assembly.
