I bought this whole kit which includes the tub spout but it didn’t come with any adapter to connect the tub spout pipe to the tub spout.

BT13410-SS Is the kit model I bought.  There’s no adapter to connect the tub faucet to the tub faucet pipe.  Wasn’t one supposed to be either in the box or in the faucet?

I'm looking to use this with a diverter and handheld w/slidebar. Do you have matching items?

Hello Edward, Thank you for your question! Using R11000 diverter rough and a diverter trim, such as T11800, you can install a hand shower with slide bar such as model number 51361. This hand shower includes a wall elbow which would be needed to attach the hand shower to the plumbing from the diverter. I installed a foundations tub filler and shower. when I turned it on the water is just coming out very slowly. I know my pressure is good coming in. Is there a troubleshooting area I can read to see what may be wrong?

I first recommend removing the showerhead or tub spout. Flush the shower with full mix hot and cold with the showerhead or tub spout removed to clear trapped debris. The cartridge bonnet should be hand-tightened. The pressure balance valve needs both hot and cold water pressure to function correctly. Hi I bought a B114900C and install it but it work only half way and it doesn't turn on hot position On right side is off and if turn it left comes on cold position then mix. That's it. Why I cannot have on hot position?

what tool to use to put the handle on or take it off; it does not appear to be an alen key, or a philip screw driver ?

To another post you answered that the tub spout was non-metallic, but elsewhere I read this was only one of two spouts that was still metal. Please clarify.

I have a RP 70538 valve in my wall and want to upgrade the trim kit. Will the BT13410-SS trim kit fit?

I just replaced our tub/shower unit with a Delta Foundation Model B114915C-SS. Everything is fine, except the tub spigot rotates freely on the copper tubing, even after tightening the set screw. The instructions are not helpful. How can I fix this?

Our Delta Faucet Foundations® Monitor® 13 Series Tub & Shower Trim In Chrome MODEL#: BT13410 tub spout is a slip-on version and would only be able to be tightened with the set screw. Model#: BT13410 - Is the shower head connection to the shower arm fixed/rigid? Or is there a ball and socket type connection that allows at least limited freedom of positioning for the shower head?
