If I'm not getting hot water (just warm)....

I had a contractor install this trim kit. The handle only rotates 90° (straight up/down). The specs show it should rotate 120° maximum handle rotation.... Did they install wrong? Or is this adjustable to get Hot water and rotate to 120° ?

Dear Saellis3, Thank you for your question. If you are not getting hot enough water and your handle is not rotating far enough to the hot side, you would need to adjust the rotational limit stop on the top of your cartridge. 1400 series shower trim

I need new shower trim/handle (and tub faucet at some point) for a 1400 series cartridge. I really want a contemporary square trim. Would this fit? I already have a modern square shower head installed. What are my options? Thanks!

Hi Beth, Thank you for your question. The T14067-SS trim will work with your existing 1400 series rough in. The new trim will ship with a new cartridge, this new cartridge will not fit your existing rough. You will have to continue to use your current cartridge or replace it with a RP19804. Thanks, Dave

Can this trim kit be used with a shower-only mixing valve e.g.  r100000-UNBXHF or r10000-UNWSHF?

Hello, does this Model#: T14067-SS come with the cartridge? Also, will it work with the R100000-UNWSHF? None of the listed choices show this particular valve body.

Hello Intaller, Thank you for your inquiry! Yes, the Delta Ara Valve trim T14067-SS can be used with the Delta MultiChoice Universal Rough-In R10000-UNWSHF valve. The Trim kit also does come with the RP46074 valve cartridge assembly. Best regards, Tanya

Are the exterior components made of solid brass, underneath the coating/finish?

HOW DO YOU TIGHTEN HANDLE ON SHOWER UNIT

The handle of the Delta Ara Valve Trim T14067 faucet is designed to tighten using an 1/8" Allen wrench to tighten the set screw under the cover button of the handle.
