The Saylor® Bath Collection is an intriguing blend of traditional and contemporary design elements with strong, geometric forms and hints of industrial style in the handles. Delta® showers with Monitor® pressure-balance valves are engineered to make sure you don’t experience a sudden and possibly unsafe change in water temperature as a result of running water elsewhere, such as using a dishwasher, flushing a toilet or running a washing machine. Delta WaterSense® labeled faucets, showers and toilets use at least 20% less water than the industry standard — helping you save water without compromising performance. I thought the plumber forgot to put the trim on, but I see in the ad that is the way it comes. It looks a little unfinished.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not quality metal parts, bait and switch They sell this as a quality Delta product that's Chrome when they should say "chrome finish" because the tub filler portion is called chrome which implies metal but if you dig deep into the parts description, it's actually composed of "non-metal". Basically bait and switch, Delta implies their products are made with quality parts when they're actually cheap plastic garbage.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Tub spout does not divert correctly There's something wrong with the spout that cannot divert water when opening the valve partially - it seems there's too much open space to push water out the shower head so while trying to fill the tub with not hot water I get sprayed by the shower. On the second tub spout that does the same thing and now going to return the entire thing as defective and go with a different brand.

Since I had this model installed the water pressure is not as strong as the previous shower head.  Is there a a way to adjust the pressure?  How can I troubleshoot the issue?  The plumber removed the filter and that didn’t help.  Thanks

Hello, Thank you for your question! Unfortunately there is no way to increase the 1.75gpm flow rate for this showerhead. This is a WaterSense labeled product and uses at least 20% less water than the industry standard. However, we do offer showerheads that offer 2.0 and 2.5gpm. Please reach out with further questions! I like do not have the set screw and plug button (must have been thrown away). There are no images on this website for replacements. Model T14235-BL. Can you help?

Does the handle only do a quarter turn or should it turn 180 degrees or half turn?
