PRODUCT FEATURES
The Saylor® Bath Collection is an intriguing blend of traditional and contemporary design elements with strong, geometric forms and hints of industrial style in the handles. Delta® showers with Monitor® pressure-balance valves are engineered to make sure you don’t experience a sudden and possibly unsafe change in water temperature as a result of running water elsewhere, such as using a dishwasher, flushing a toilet or running a washing machine. Delta WaterSense® labeled faucets, showers and toilets use at least 20% less water than the industry standard — helping you save water without compromising performance. You can install with confidence, knowing Delta® products are backed by our Lifetime Limited Warranty.
  • Perfectly coordinates with the Saylor® Bath Collection
  • Monitor® pressure balance valve keeps water temperature within a safe ±3.6° F (±1.7° C), helping to protect you from sudden changes in hot or cold water pressure
  • Spray settings include: Full Body spray, Massage spray, Full Body spray with Massage, Shampoo Rinsing spray, and Pause
  • Pause feature reduces water to a trickle, giving you space for shaving, lathering and other shower tasks while maintaining your temperature settings
  • Soft, rubber Touch-Clean® spray holes allow you to easily wipe away calcium and lime buildup from the spray face of your shower head and hand shower with the touch of a finger
  • Trim kit only, must order MultiChoice® Universal valve rough (R10000 Series) separately to complete the unit
  • ADA Compliant

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Quality for Price I bought a home with this shower system installed in 3 bathrooms with matching faucets and accessories. First problem is the finish is inconsistent between units. Second problem is the shower head is junk, Plastic and poor flow. Replaced shower head with Kohler unit which is metal and works. Third problem is finish spots easily. Had to clean with Brasso and the use car wax to minimize spotting. Fourth problem is valve does not pass enough water even when no shower head installed. Fifth problem is overall quality is poor for price when compared to the competition. I used Hans Grohe in my winter home. The quality and functionality is light years better. Will never use Delta going forward.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall Great - Minus One Star for Exposed Screws The shower set is nice and the water flow is good. I dislike the screws showing on the shower handle faceplate. I thought the plumber forgot to put the trim on, but I see in the ad that is the way it comes. It looks a little unfinished.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not quality metal parts, bait and switch They sell this as a quality Delta product that's Chrome when they should say "chrome finish" because the tub filler portion is called chrome which implies metal but if you dig deep into the parts description, it's actually composed of "non-metal". Basically bait and switch, Delta implies their products are made with quality parts when they're actually cheap plastic garbage.

Re:T17235 Temperature knob is coming loose on our installed product. What tool is used to tighten it, and where is the spot on the faucet to tighten this? We see a small hole covered by a removable metal tab, so perhaps that is the spot, but what tool?.

Asked by: Cathy
Hi Cathy, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model T17235. There is a set screw under the cover that uses a 3/32" Allen wrench. A nonmetal tool like a card can be used to work the cover out. Or if there is a hole, a toothpick or skewer. Please reach out with any additional questions! My handle on my delta shower won’t come off, I believe it’s a T17435(two handles, one for the temperature and the other one for turning the water on)

Asked by: Dave
Hi Dave, thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! To remove the handle on T17435 you will need the 3/32" inch allen wrench. Please also shut the water off if you are planning to remove more than the handle. 1. Please remove the temperature cap located under the pointer part of your handle with the 3/32" inch allen wrench. 2. Once this piece is removed, you will see a plastic piece held in by a philips screwdriver. Please remove this part and be very careful not to drop the screw or the Rotational Limit Stop (looks like a black cog). Please note how this piece is installed. We appreciate your inquiry. Please reach out directly if you have further questions! Best Regards, Kyra Digital Engagement Specialist

Trying to get the handle off my delta shower, I don’t know the model #

Asked by: Dave
Hi Dave, thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! If you are removing the parts from your shower, please turn the water off to either the home or the valve. Please refer to the instructions below on how to remove our 17 series handle. 1. Please remove the temperature cap located on the tip of your handle by placing your fingers on the 'pointer' of the temperature cap and peeling upwards. This will be a little difficult as it is clipped into the temperature knob. 2. Once this piece is removed, you will see a plastic piece held in by a philips screwdriver. Please remove this part and be very careful not to drop the screw or the Rotational Limit Stop (looks like a black cog). Please note this black cog piece goes in one way. We appreciate your inquiry. We have strong water pressure throughout our new build, but the pressure through the shower head and handheld is weak in comparison. Anything possibly done during installation that would result in lower pressure?

Asked by: Trav
Hello, Thank you for your question. I have included the flushing instructions below. To flush the open valve without the cartridge, please follow the directions below. 1) Remove the handle by loosening the set screw on the side of the base of the handle. The set screw is either a 1/8" or 3/32" Allen screw. So you will need to use the appropriate size Allen wrench to loosen it. Loosen it just enough to be able to easily pull the handle off. * Note. If there is calcium build-up at the base of the handle, it may be necessary to soak it in a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water. Simply saturate the rag with the 50/50 solution, wrap it around the handle base and place a plastic bag over it. I would recommend do this the night before removing the handle. 2) After removing the handle, remove the trim sleeve. 3) Then you will need to remove the bonnet nut. The bonnet nut is the threaded ring at the valve opening. It unscrews counterclockwise. You will need a pipe wrench or a pair of channel locks. 4) After removing the bonnet nut, you will need to pull the cartridge straight out. You may need a small, skinny bladed screwdriver to wedge in between the lip of the cartridge and the valve to help start it out. 5) Once the cartridge is removed, you will have an open valve body. 6) Next, shut the shower door or curtain and turn the water on to the valve. Water should gush out, much like an open fire hydrant. Have someone observe if there is good water pressure coming out of the valve and let it flush for 30 seconds. 7) Re-install the cartridge and re-assemble in reverse of how it was disassembled. The Tub/Shower should then have a good flow. If it does not, the cartridge will need to be replaced. Please contact us back if you have any questions or need further assistance. We appreciate your business and look forward to continuing to serve you. Best Regards, Themar Digital Communications Specialist

Hi Donald, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company about the T17435! We do not have a unit with all metal components.
