Good with a few exceptions.
Nice looking, seems to be of good quality. The lever is very touchy, could get bumped easily and change your temp on you. I got the brushed steel finish, it does seem to show every spot. It’s almost a matte finish. Easy to install except the showerhead gasket gave me some trouble.

No Water pressure unless temp is scalding hot
So disappointed! This looks great. But we’ve had installed now for 6 months. Water pressure is great when turned all the way up. But the water os SO HOT. we’ve tried literally everything from you tube to changing our water heater settings. So disappointed.

Does the valve come with the shower handle? If it is a seperate purchase, what is the valve needed?

The T14251 is the trim only. You will need your choice of R10000 Universal rough in valve. The standards valve recommended for this unit is the R10000-UN.

Need to buy anything else if replacing an old 1300/1400 Monitor Series?
I am replacing an old 1300 or 1400 Monitor series. Do I need to buy anything other than this trim kit? Do I need a new rough in, cartridge, or anything else at all, or can I simply take off the old and screw on the new?

Thank you for your question! This trim should work with an existing 1300/1400 shower valve. However, you will need to use the original cartridge rather than the one that comes with the kit.

What size hole do I need to cut in shower surround for my faucet
I have a Dryden 14 series shower trim set. I am installing a new shower surround and need to figure out what size hole I need to cut out for the faucet.
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # T14251 usually uses the R10000 valves to complete the model. We do not recommend cutting the holes for your faucet until you have the product but included here is the spec sheet for the R10000 valve.

Delta T14251 sits too close to the wall. Will it connect to the Delta RP61273CZ Addison 15-Inch Shower Arm?
Thank you for your inquiry, Pamela! Yes, the Delta 15" Shower Arm RP61273CZ can be installed with the Dryden Shower T14251-CZ faucet. All Delta shower arms have the same 1/2" IPS for connecting the Delta shower heads.

is there a difference between polished nickel and SS finish?

Both finishes are Nickel in color however are slightly different.
SS has a neutral, low-gloss finish
and
PN has a high-gloss, pale gold finish

You can use any of our current 1400 series tub/shower kits. However, if you have the R10000 rough-in valve, you can use any of our existing tub/shower series aside from our Foundations collection and our Integrated models.

RE: Dryden Monitor 14 Series Shower installed Feb 2019. When shower on, water drips from the trim around the on/off lever. When shower off, no water drips anywhere. Is the leak coming from the cartridge? Or should I be concerned?

First, we would recommend removing the plate surrounding the main valve and check where you see the water coming from. If coming from the cartridge, the bonnet nut may need tightened.

The shower head is leaking from the trim piece in between the head cover and back of head assembly. Drip leak when shower is off. Purchased August 13, 2020.

How to clean the holes in my model 14251 shower head holes that clog?

This shower head has the Touch-Clean feature. The rubber spray holes allow for easy cleaning with the touch of a finger. You can a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water to clean the product.
