hello looking at purchasing either the Vero 14 (both models) or 17 (both models) can you break down the major differences? do both any of the heads swivel? thank you

Hi Kerriq, Thank you for your inquiry! The Delta Vero Shower T14253-CZ-WE model has a handle that only controls the temperature. The volume cannot be adjusted with this model. The Delta Vero Shower T17253-CZ-WE model has two handles that sit on top of each other. One controls the volume and one controls the temperature. The shower head for both shower trim kits swivel and angle and these units have pressure balanced cartridge inside them. Best regards, Tanya

I see many complaints about leaky shower head. Has this problem been fixed and is stainless steel less likely to leak than chrme?

Adding a hand wand

I am about to install a Vero 14 shower only kit( head and valve, no tub attach)What needs to purchased (including different divertor) in order to have a hand shower attachment?

Hi, Mike! Thank you for your question. Besides the diverter trim and the diverter valve body, R11000. We recommend to also have a wall elbow for your hand shower hose. What multichoice valve do we need to buy for this model?

Hi Holly! Thank you for your question. Any R10000 Universal Multichoice valve will work with this shower trim, however if you are not planning on adding a tub spout, the R10000-UNBXHF (High Flow) would be the best choice as this does not have a tub spout port. We have many Multichoice valves to accommodate different installations procedures so you should first consult with the professional that will be installing the valve as to the best option for you. how does Delta faucet valve trim T14253-SS vero single handle project from that wall in total

On other websites (i.e. amazon), it mentions a flow rate of 2.5 gpm. 2.5 GPM. The specs on here say 1.75 gpm. Can you please confirm?

The non-WaterSense labeled version does provide 2.50 gpm @ 80 psi. This flow rate may not be updated on every site and we will work to get this information corrected as soon as possible. What is the size of the arm for shower head? Is this all brass? Hand control, all facing components? Please detail.

Hello Alice, Thank you for your question. We are happy to help! The shower arm included in the Delta T14253-CZ-WE shower trim is RP46870CZ. This arm is 16" long. This trim uses metallic and nonmetallic parts to ensure a long-lasting, high-quality product while maintaining safety control for the various temperatures of water that go through the product as metal is heavier, susceptible to corrosion, and retains heat.
