Hi Glenno, Thank you for your question. The RP46870RB shower arm that comes with the model T14253-RB shower faucet trim measures 15-9/32" from the wall to the center of the water stream. The arm is 16" long. I have attached the spec sheet for this model below. Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you. Our Delta Faucet shower trim would include everything for installation except the universal rough valve R10000-UNBX. If you are looking to add a hand shower, we have two options for installation. Options 1: Purchase an R11000 rough end and T11800 trim kit, please see the link below to the rough and trim.
