PRODUCT FEATURES
While other products may gather unsightly mineral build-up over time, Delta soft rubber Touch-Clean® spray holes allow any mineral residue to simply be wiped away for an instantly refreshed look – with no need for soaking or the aid of chemical cleaners. Delta® pressure-balance valves use Monitor® Technology to protect you and your family from sudden temperature changes. An ornate blend of deep, warm tones and subtle highlights give Venetian Bronze® a hand-brushed look that can transform a bath. Offering a smooth contrast to light tones and coordinating well with darker ones, this finish can have a beautiful soothing effect on almost any space.
  • Monitor pressure balance valve keeps water temperature within a safe +/-3degrees F (+/-1.6degrees C), helping to protect you from sudden changes in hot or cold water pressure
  • Spray settings include: Full Body spray
  • Full body spray provides a steady, full-coverage spray perfect for every shower need, from rinsing shampoo from hair to relaxing tired muscles
  • Soft, rubber Touch-Clean spray holes allow you to easily wipe away calcium and lime build-up from the spray face of your shower head and hand shower with the touch of a finger

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Deteriorates Water pressure and flow rate deteriorated over time, well below the advertised 2.5gpm. It was newly installed when we moved into our house 6 years ago. Was fine when we first moved in. I measured today and it took ~8 minutes to fill a 5 gal bucket... so roughly 0.6-0.7 gpm even after soaking in vinegar to clear minerals. Since it was purchased by the home seller, I have no receipt or proof of purchase for warrranty.

Is it possible to buy the valve assembly separately?

How long is the arm?

How long is the arm from the end to the bend?

Hi Glenno, Thank you for your question. The RP46870RB shower arm that comes with the model T14253-RB shower faucet trim measures 15-9/32" from the wall to the center of the water stream. The arm is 16" long. I have attached the spec sheet for this model below. Can you order just the shower head, valve body, and valve finsh trim? (Model#: T14253) And what would the cost be?

Hi, Duncan! Thank you for your question. The T14253 will include the trim kit for the handle and the shower head with shower arm and flange. Can this shower head be used as regular head or must it be used only as a rain head?

I realize the arm that comes with this trim would not support this use and can work around that so please consider just the head performance in your answer.

Will the Vero T14253-SS fit in the valve for a Porter 142984 BN-A

The valve on a Porter 142984-BN-A is already in the wall behind marble, but we want a square valve and shower head

Hi, Cheryl! Thank you for your question. The Delta Monitor T14253-CZ Shower Trim Kit will work with any of our ceiling mount shower arm. We have three sizes in the Champagne Bronze finish. The Delta U4996-CZ is 3" long. The Delta RP61058CZ is 6" in length. The Delta U4999-CZ is 10" in length.
