Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you. Our Delta Faucet shower trim would include everything for installation except the universal rough valve R10000-UNBX. If you are looking to add a hand shower, we have two options for installation. Options 1: Purchase an R11000 rough end and T11800 trim kit, please see the link below to the rough and trim. This would also require you to add two holes in the wall for plumbing. https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/product/R11000.html https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/product/T11853-CZ.html Also, you would need a wall mount and elbow. https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts/product/50560-CZ.html Option 2: If you do not want to add any extra holes in the wall, then we would recommend the 3-way diverter that attaches to the shower arm and allows the hose to attach for flow.
