Inspired by the slim lines and graceful arc of a ribbon, the Vero bath collection offers a high-end, modern look. While other products may gather unsightly mineral build-up over time, Delta soft rubber Touch-Clean® spray holes allow any mineral residue to simply be wiped away for an instantly refreshed look – with no need for soaking or the aid of chemical cleaners. Delta® pressure-balance valves use Monitor® Technology to protect you and your family from sudden temperature changes. Chrome has rapidly become one of the most popular finishes across décor styles in the bath thanks to its stunning gloss and innate versatility. Paired with crisp lines and bright whites, it creates a bold, modern contrast, but it works equally well with vintage styles and traditional spaces to convey a hint of nostalgia.

I see many complaints about leaky shower head. Has this problem been fixed and is stainless steel less likely to leak than chrme?

Adding a hand wand

I am about to install a Vero 14 shower only kit( head and valve, no tub attach)What needs to purchased (including different divertor) in order to have a hand shower attachment?

Hi, Mike! Thank you for your question. Besides the diverter trim and the diverter valve body, R11000. We recommend to also have a wall elbow for your hand shower hose. On other websites (i.e. amazon), it mentions a flow rate of 2.5 gpm. 2.5 GPM. The specs on here say 1.75 gpm. Can you please confirm?

Thank you for your question, drp1234! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Model T14253-WE is a WaterSense® Labeled product designed to produce 1.75 gpm @ 80 psi. The non-WaterSense labeled version does provide 2.50 gpm @ 80 psi. This flow rate may not be updated on every site and we will work to get this information corrected as soon as possible. I need to order another trim plate with handle that matches this, what model number do I need to order?

I bought the T17253-ss shower head and a hand held. Our plumber put them on separate water supplies so I need to order another trim plate with the handle to match what I already have.

Dear Lolo, Thank you for your inquiry! This shower head RP91363SS that comes with the Delta Vero Shower faucet, uses a standard ball joint at the connection to the shower arm. You should be able to pivot the shower head up to 45 degrees in any direction.
