Hi Kerriq, Thank you for your inquiry! The Delta Vero Shower T14253-CZ-WE model has a handle that only controls the temperature. The volume cannot be adjusted with this model. The Delta Vero Shower T17253-CZ-WE model has two handles that sit on top of each other. One controls the volume and one controls the temperature. The shower head for both shower trim kits swivel and angle and these units have pressure balanced cartridge inside them. Best regards, Tanya

Any R10000 Universal Multichoice valve will work with this shower trim, however if you are not planning on adding a tub spout, the R10000-UNBXHF (High Flow) would be the best choice as this does not have a tub spout port. We have many Multichoice valves to accommodate different installations procedures so you should first consult with the professional that will be installing the valve as to the best option for you. The MultiChoice R10000 series valve rough is sold separately. Either use a shower-only R10000 valve model or plug the tub outlet of the valve rough if not using a tub spout. The included showerhead is designed to limit the maximum flow rate to 1.75 gallons per minute. To troubleshoot an issue, I recommend removing the showerhead and running the shower in the full mixed position for two minutes to flush the faucet. This trim uses metallic and nonmetallic parts to ensure a long-lasting, high-quality product while maintaining safety control for the various temperatures of water that go through the product as metal is heavier, susceptible to corrosion, and retains heat. Rotate the escutcheon counterclockwise to remove it from the bracket. If it is not able to rotate, soaking the area with 50/50 white vinegar and water can help remove mineral deposits that may be holding it in place. A Tempassure 17T series like T17T253 uses a thermostatic cartridge to maintain a more consistent water temperature from one shower to the next. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to a build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse thoroughly with water afterward.
