Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delta H&C Controller I purchased retrofit Vigo shower panel, it took me a bit time finding the right H/C controller to match up with the Vigo panel and its color, the price was reasonable for such a high quality product. I was so happy that Delta made this part perfectly to my needs. The item is solid brass and nice Matt black. The best part is Delta logo is very invisible so it blends in Very well with Vigo panel. I highly recommend this product.

All the pictures for the Monitor 14 series shower trim - Less head Ara #T14267-LHD show the handle in a horizontal position when off.  Can the handle be installed so it is vertical when the water is off?

Thank you for your question, Bill. The handle will be horizontal in the off position and will rotate counter-clockwise to turn on and adjust the temperature. Unfortunately, it cannot be installed so that the handle is vertical when the faucet is off, except by installing the valve sideways. This is not recommended since the plate will also be sideways. Do I need to order a cartridge for R10000-UNBXHF adn T14267-LHD

I ordered the R10000-UNBXHF Shower Only Body and the T14267-LHD Trim, but I can't tell if that is all I need or not. Do I need to order a separate cartridge? Also, would I be better off in the future instead ordering a body with integral stops for repairability?

T14267LDH valve I purchased has the stops I guess for balancing hot cold water? Can I just plug the 1/4” NPT openings and leave the stops out and get best flow?

Hello G Man, Thank you for your question. The R10000-UNWS has stops on it, so that if you need to work on or service the faucet you will be able to shut off the water supply at the faucet and not have to shut off the water to the rest of the house. The screw stops on the R10000-UNWS will stop turning when fully open. You can turn the stops clockwise up to three full turns from the open position without a noticeable reduction in flow. valve rotation

I have n R10000-unbxhf valve which I am using with the T14267-sslhd. I am preparing to install these and something doesn't seem right. When the valve is at the limit stop position it only rotates 90 degrees clockwise and then stops.

Hi Steve, Thank you for contacting us. The Rotational Limit Stop can be adjusted to allow the handle to turn further. To do this, loosen the set screw and remove the handle, pull the stop away from the cartridge, rotate it, and set it back in place. Be sure to measure the maximum temperature of the water so that it does not exceed what is allowed by your local plumbing code. I got this trim used from amazon and the only part missing is the bracket that goes behind the trim. Can I order that bracket on its own?
