With a design inspired by the shape of sailboats, the Galeon® Bath Collection brings a chiseled, contemporary look into the bath. Delta® showers with Monitor® pressure-balance valves are engineered to make sure you don’t experience a sudden and possibly unsafe change in water temperature as a result of running water elsewhere, such as using a dishwasher, flushing a toilet or running a washing machine. Our H2Okinetic® Showers look different because they are different. The look of this trim is great, and the shower head actually improved the feel of how much water I was actually getting out of the plumbing. However, this trim kit is best installed by either a professional or someone who is handier than your average corporate work from home person. Would recommend

How and where do I adjust/change the 5 spray settings on this shower head?

Installed a T14259-BL with an R1000 body and we can only get 103° water out of this shower body, while hot water @sink is 130°. Both cut offs are fully on and when one is turned off the shower crawls to a trickle. What seems to be the problem?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model T14259-BL Trinsic® Monitor® 14 Series H2Okinetic® Shower Trim In Matte Black. I am sorry this information was not readily available, and I am happy to help!
The faucet is pressure balanced, so there needs to be both hot and cold water pressure for the faucet to function.
The maximum temperature can be increased by adjusting the rotational limit stop counterclockwise. According to the majority of industry standards, the maximum allowable temperature of the water exiting the valve is 120°F.

Is it possible to swap out an old RP 19804 valve with the new multichoice universal valve without taking out shower tiles, so I can purchase a new delta shower kit?

If you have a Delta Faucet MultiChoice® Universal valve rough (R10000 series) installed behind the wall you can change the trim kit and use the cartridge assembly provided with the new trim. If you do not have a MultiChoice® Universal valve rough (R10000 series), you will need to stay in the same series you have installed and use the cartridge assembly that you have installed.
