Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible make Purchased the Woodhurst in matte black-the tub spout is defective. It’s cheap plastic and when you divert to the shower head it spews water behind the faucet and tub wall, behind the plumbing wall which then flooded my basement. Will never recommend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never order from Delta Ever, period Never order from Delta Ever, period. They have terrible customer service reps that will straight up lie to your face without remorse. About 2 hours after my wife placed the order for this faucet, I realized that she ordered the wrong part per the valve that is already installed and piped into our wall. I then called Delta customer service about 3 hours after she placed the order to see if we can cancel. I was then lied to by the customer service rep, Daishana and she told me that we cannot cancel the order because the item has already shipped and the only thing we can do now is just return it once it is received. Weird because I found out about a week later after not receiving the package that it took an additional 4 days for the package to ship. Now all of a sudden, I have to pay an additional $40 in shipping fees in order to return the product.

The water flows well from the shower head. It's not too hard but not too soft either. The handle is easy to turn to control the temperature of water. I wish there was a better way to control the flow of the water so the bathtub would sill slower.

How can I purchase a cartridge & trim kit only like a T14432-RB ?

In addition to my question regarding the two in one hand held, this bathroom also has a tub so I wanted to know if the woodhurst tub/shower trim kit would work and allow me to screw the shower head off and attach the two in one.

This installation is about 2 years old. The water comes out of the faucet very rough, kind of a splatter and not a stream. Is there an aerator I can remove to clean? When I remove the spout there doesn’t seem to be a way to do so.  If not, can I soak it?

Just remodeled our main bathroom and when selecting bath fixtures in the plumbing store we selected the DEL-T14432 Tub / Shower trim. After install, I realized the spout and shower head feel like plastic. Please tell me this is not true!!

I purchased a new construction house in 2024. The master bath shower has a Delta Woodhurst shower head (Model T14232-BL). The water pressure is very low from this shower head, but not from other fixtures. How can I fix this?

Does this valve trim work with the 1400 series rough in valves?

What type of cleaner can I use on venetian bronze shower kit to clean hard water of the fixture?

Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you. Always blot dry any water from the faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to a build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward. I replaced a delta shower faucet and head with T14432. The new sleeve is much shorter (about 7/8") than the old one I removed and I need a longer sleeve. Can you advise how I can get a longer sleeve?

The Delta Faucet model T14432-RB Tub/Shower Trim trim sleeve is 3" in length and can be replaced with the RP22735RB Trim Sleeve - Long - 13 / 14 Series which is 3 1/2" in length. To make up for the missing length, we recommend using the spacer supplied with the trim sleeve you have currently. You can purchase parts online, locally, or over the phone. Please note that our T14432 will only have one handle that controls volume and temperature, whereas the trim you currently have has two handles. One for volume and one for temperature. What is the diameter of the hole on the escutcheon? My valve measures 1 59/64. I would like a trim kit that will work. Can I purchase a new valve to speed up replacing the trim?

Hello ben53, Thank you for reaching out to Delta Faucet Company! Our T14432 will fit our R10000 valves. The diameter of the escutcheon plate on our T14432 is 6 1/2" inches. If you do not have a Delta Faucet Company valve currently, we recommend changing the valve to our R10000 valve so you can use T14432.
