REVIEWS
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible make Purchased the Woodhurst in matte black-the tub spout is defective. It’s cheap plastic and when you divert to the shower head it spews water behind the faucet and tub wall, behind the plumbing wall which then flooded my basement. Will never recommend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never order from Delta Ever, period Never order from Delta Ever, period. They have terrible customer service reps that will straight up lie to your face without remorse. About 2 hours after my wife placed the order for this faucet, I realized that she ordered the wrong part per the valve that is already installed and piped into our wall. I then called Delta customer service about 3 hours after she placed the order to see if we can cancel. I was then lied to by the customer service rep, Daishana and she told me that we cannot cancel the order because the item has already shipped and the only thing we can do now is just return it once it is received. Weird because I found out about a week later after not receiving the package that it took an additional 4 days for the package to ship. Now all of a sudden, I have to pay an additional $40 in shipping fees in order to return the product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from short life The cartridge seals went out in eight months, had to buy new cartridge. I would think a 220.00 kit would at least get you thru a year or maybe 30 years like the one that this replaced. .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! Beautiful product. I purchased the Woodhurst in oil rubbed bronze and love it. A new product line when I purchased from the catalog without seeing in up front and close. A great decision. Compliments the tile and tub surround.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Shower Trim review Great product. Easy to install, smooth water flow. The shower head is large and has several settings to fit any water stream supply. Would definitely recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks great The tub and shower trim products were an upgrade from what was in my bathroom. The fixtures match the color and other fixtures. The water flows well from the shower head. It's not too hard but not too soft either. The handle is easy to turn to control the temperature of water. I wish there was a better way to control the flow of the water so the bathtub would sill slower.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Shower head review The shower is head and faucet is sleek and modern looking and it definitely updates my shower. It works beautifully and I am very happy with it!

How do you remove the handle? I can’t find a screw to take it off.

Asked by: Grud3
Hi Grud3, Thanks for your question regarding T14232-BL! The handle does include a set screw cover, located on the right-hand side of the handle when in the off position. Pop the cover off and the set screw would be visible, I am sorry for any confusion. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or for further assistance. Best Regards, Emma Digital Communications Specialist
