Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible product Do not buy this... terrible pressure, takes forever for the hot water to go on and then it's a battle to get the water temperature to the right level. I live in a fancy hi rise building not a problem with the building. When I purchased this it cost me over $800 including the handheld. A constant nightmare to take a shower. Takes forever for the tub to full up.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Tub spout plastic [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the design and the shower head. But the tub spout is very light plastic and feels cheap. I had to return the set. Too afraid the spout would break.

What is the difference between the Monitor 14 series model #T14253-WE and the Monitor 14 series model # T14253?

Hi, Thank you for your question. The difference between the two models is that the Delta T14253 has a flow rate of 2.5 gpm (gallons per minute) at 80PSI and the T14253-WE is water efficient and has a flow rate of 1.75 gpm. Best regards, Brandis

Is the shower head adjustable?

Is it permanently aimed down or can it pivot side to side and back and forth?

I have a separate tub from the shower.  If I buy the kit that includes the shower head, handle and bath spout, can I just buy an extra handle to use for my tub install?
