Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful collection! I love the color, it’s subtle and a nice contrast with the white tile. The bath spout is plastic, I would have preferred metal for easier cleaning of hard water spots. Recommend wiping down daily with a micro fiber cloth.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cheap looking and poor quality The tub spout is a cheap plastic. Doesn’t feel the same as the other trim parts. Also the spout is too large and not only looks stupid but causes it to not be functional. It is so large that there’s not enough water flow to keep the pop up shower pull in an “up” position to turn on the shower. So it keeps falling down. also the shower head is so large and angular that the shower doors hit it when you open the door.

what material is this made of? metal or is this plastic?

The Delta Vero 14 Series Tub and Shower T14453-H2O faucet use either metal and plastic combination or a proprietary mixture of components so that the product has a high quality, while maintaining safety control with the various temperatures of water that go through the product. Can this product be installed on an older non-multi choice monitor 1400 series valve?

Hi Lee, Thank you for your question. The T14453-H2O trim will work with your existing 1400 series valve. The new trim will ship with a new RP46074 cartridge, this cartridge will not fit your existing rough in valve. You will have to continue to use the existing cartridge or order a new RP19804. Can you add a wall mount hand shower to this Product?

yes, but the look will not be the same. You will need a diverter valve and diverter trim to select the hand shower on and turn it off. pick a diverter valve trim and hand shower that you think goes with this design.

What are the cleaning procedures for the metal and plastic parts of the Vero series faucets and shower products. After installation they need cleaning and shining, but I do not want to use the wrong product to clean them.

Hello Scott M, Thank you for contacting us, I would be happy to help you. Always blot dry any water from the faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to the build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward.
