The angular modern style is boldly contemporary, featuring crisp lines for an upscale feel. With the MultiChoice® Universal system, you have the freedom to upgrade style and functionality later. Rated 1 out of 5 by from Good Quality But Box is Misleading I bought the T27967-BL thinking that it was a thermostatic valve because on the box it says Tempassure 17T, which on all of Delta’s other products mean thermostatic. After opening it I found a 17 Series pressure balance cartridge. I looked it up online and everything for that part number shows that it is a pressure balance valve even though it reads Tempassure 17T. I contacted Delta to see why the box says that when it is not. All the responses I got from Delta just included links to the T27T967-BL trim kit that included the Thermostatic cartridge “if I wanted to buy another one” even though I already spent the money on this one.

With The 6 setting integrated diverter, I assume I can also use (connect) the handheld shower sprayer, a wall shower sprayer, and a ceiling rainshower?

Are there 2 different temp knobs? On the temp knob I bought the hot indicator is on the right and the cold is on the left. All the plumbing in my house hot is on the left and cold is on the right. So my question is are there 2 different temp indicators?

The Delta Monitor T27967-SS Integrated Valve and Diverter Trim Kit has one temperature knob to adjust temperature (right for cold, left for hot), one volume control handle (this handle also turns on the water flow), and the top handle is a diveter handle to divert water from one shower component to another. I am looking to buy the 6 Setting T27967-SS trim + R22000-WS valve. The retailer's page says: "T27967-SS Trim kit only, must order MultiChoice® Universal Valve (R10000-LBX or R10000-UNBX) separately to complete the unit." Which Valve do I need to buy?

We just finished installing this product, but the temperature control only changes the temperature between warm water and hot water. We cannot get any cold water to come out whatsoever no matter how it is set. Any solutions?

I purchased this on Amazon. Had it installed today and the cover for the hot/cold valve regulator is chrome even though the rest of the fixture is stainless. I need to get the right cover ASAP.

Can I use a Delta Angular Modern Monitor® 17 Series Valve Trim with 6-Setting Integrated Diverter Model#: T27967-SS With a RP71717 two position Diverter For a tub and shower without restricting water flow to the tub?

Thank you for your question, Robert! Although the RP71717 non-shared 2 setting diverter cartridge will allow you to divert between two functions independently, an integrated diverter rough-in valve is not recommended for use with a tub spout as this is a shower-only valve. You may connect a non-diverter tub spout to one of the diverter ports as a temperature tester, however since the flow rate from the spout would be lower than a standard installation, we do not recommended to use it as a tub filler. Alternatively, you can install an R10000 and R11000 valve with corresponding trim kits. What is the difference between T27967 and T27T967 ? Can the T27967 be used with R22000WS ?

Thank you for your inquiry, Pooja! The Delta Angular 17 Series T27967-SS and the Integrated 17 Series TempAssure T27T967-SS are very similar is design and function. However, the TempAssure Thermostatic cartridge measures and monitors the temperature of the water and automatically adjusts to maintain a more precise water temperature. Best regards, Tanya
