The Delta® MultiChoice® Integrated Shower Diverter consolidates custom shower design with its consumer-preferred streamlined style eliminating the need for an additional diverter valve. The angular modern style is boldly contemporary, featuring crisp lines for an upscale feel. With three popular style choices to coordinate with any bathroom décor, it provides you the flexibility to select the type of custom shower functionality you prefer. With the MultiChoice® Universal system, you have the freedom to upgrade style and functionality later. And, because there’s no need to alter plumbing behind the wall, you save time, effort and money on future renovation updates. Delta's dual-function thermostatic valve cartridge keeps water temperature consistent (within 3.6°) by actually measuring and monitoring the temperature of the water. Temperature can be set in order to remain consistent shower after shower.

It’s a great product overall. Installation is straightforward. It’s easy to use. The temperature can be preset, so the valve requires only an on/off action.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Looks great and easy installation but the plastic temperature dial. My contractor installed this faucet for my bathroom renovation project. It looks great and feel solid except the temperature tune button, it is a plastic one. I definitely prefer a metal solid feeling than a cheap plastic. At the time I put my order in, I saw one with the identical looking at $2xx and the one I got at $3xx. Some one put review saying the $2xx one with a cheap plastic temperature dial. I literally payed more than $100 in trying to avoid the plastic piece but end up the same. I think whoever buying this faucet should try the cheaper one first. Again, it is a good looking faucet but with some imperfection.

Hello - i am installing a shower head, hand shower and an overhead rain shower head - 3 elements. I will use no more that 2 at a time.

Do i require a 3 or 6 position diverter? Thanks

I'm looking for a shower system that would allow me to have shower head, hand, and body jets that can be used independently or combined. what is the 6 settings and do you sell it together or do I need separate parts.

StatChs, You also need to buy the MultiChoice rough in valve that this trim part(s) attaches to. That come with stops or without stops. "With stops" allows water to be shut off at the faucet rather than shutting it off to the whole house- a good thing if you are redoing the entire bathroom. Be careful about which trim package you buy. This one is the 6-setting. It allows 3 separate plus 3 combinations. Best! The 3-setting model only 2-separate and then shared mix. - no third item is supported. If you buy the wrongone, you can simply replace the innerds for about $100.

Can this diverter be used for shower head, hand shower and tub faucet?

In faucet direct.com says that is not recommended for tub spouts applications.. What is the reason for this?

Thank you for your question, Dany. We do not recommend using this valve with a tub spout as it the flow rate is reduced by the diverter. Instead, we recommend using an R10000 with tub and shower trim and separate R11000 diverter valve and trim to switch between the shower head and hand shower. https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/showering/shower-components Best regards, Jon

Should I use teflon tape or joint compound on the rough valve fittings?

The Delta MultiChoice Universal Rough-In Valve With Stops R22000-WS can b installed with the Delta Angular Modern TempAssure 17T Series with 6-Setting Integrated Diverter T27T967 Trim Kit. I would like to use the Delta Vero collection for a shower system to include: 1- rain shower 2- regular shower head 3-hand shower/ wand 4-tub and if possible: 5 - body sprays How can I accomplish this?

Thank you for your question, H2orsnwman! Model T27T967 is an 17T valve trim that includes a 6-setting integrated diverter which will allow you to switch between three independent products such as the Shower Head, Hand Shower and Body Jets. This can not, however be used with a tub spout. If I want 4 functions and options of useing at least 2 at a time do I need separate water line? And does these help with pressure. Which is recommended ? I also wrote the earlier function limited in characters. Sorry

I plan on having shower head, hand-held shower and 3 spray heads (to operate as one).  Can you confirm that the 6 setting diverter T17T067 will allow use of  each of these independently as well as being able to use any two of the three at one time..Thanks
