Shower handle does dribble water down the braded hose for a few seconds after shutting off, getting a little water on the floor, but leave the handle in the tub until it drains prevents this.

The installation is not for a beginner in my opinion nor would I want to try with such an investment . The handheld faucet is super nice and good for rinsing out your hair or even someone else’s . A household with a pet or small child would benefit from the convenience of the handheld faucet . If you are remodeling or building a home and need bathroom fixtures this is a dream brand !!!

Is there a way to fix the position of the spout and not have it rotate 360 degrees?

How can I make the water get hotter. It doesn’t get hot enough and has already been installed.

Hi DET 4759, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model T4759-BLFL. The maximum temperature is set by the Rotational Limit Stop on the handle cartridge. Turning it counterclockwise will increase the maximum temperature. My filler is out of balance.  There is not enough hot water in the mix.  How do you adjust the mixer?  The suppkly is fine.  Same plumbing as the shower thqt is 10' away.

I bought tub filler Model:T4759-BLFL and after the first attempted use discovered the single operation pressure and temperature knob never shuts off the cold water. I have slow flow cold to full flow warm. Is there a position that for hot water only?

When I turn on the faucet, the flow is fine. As it gets towards the hot temperature, the water comes out full force and splats everywhere. Is there a way to adjust the harshness of the flow?

How do I stop faucet from leaking? Is there kit to replace handle area? What is the part number?

Recommended maintenance is to replace the seats and springs RP4993 in the legs of the cartridge. The rubber seats can wear or be damaged over time. Also, check the condition of the O-rings on the legs and replace them if necessary (RP14414). How do I keep the handheld on? When I pull the knob it switches to hand held, but I cannot keep it open. If I let go, it snaps back goes back to, to the faucet.

Does the handle allow to regulate temperature and pressure??

What is wrong with this filler.  The wand shoots water out when even the tub filler is on.  It leaks all over the place after turning it off.  I have had this tub filler for 8 years and only looked at it.   My wife is now ill and it has no functionality

Do have a 1700 series design on the way, my clients complain that they can only run hot water full blast, most people like to run a small stream of hot water while in the bath. My question is in regards to floor faucets for freestanding tubs.

The cartridge RP73598 does have a rotational limit stop that can be adjusted to get hotter water. If the rough in valve was installed with hot and cold crossed.  Is there a way to flip the cartridge and correct the problem ?

my filler is functioning backwards. when the handle is down all the way to "hot" the water is cooler. At the top setting which should be the gradual starting point and cooler, the water is extremely hot. The water in lines are on the correct sides. Help?

How do I access the rotational stop so I can adjust the temperature? The manual and diagram do not show how to access it, only a picture of what the internal piece looks like.

What cleaning product should I use to clean the tub filler? (Installers left lots of fingerprints!) Can I use stainless appliance wipes that I use on my stove, dishwasher and refrigerator? And a microfiber cloth to follow?

If additional cleaning is required the following products are safe to use on all Delta Faucet finishes, when used according to the manufacturers’ instructions for use: Formula 409® Antibacterial All-Purpose Cleaner Fantastik® All-Purpose Cleaner Windex® Original Glass Cleaner Other gentle all-purpose or multi-surface cleaners may also be used.
