Rated 2 out of 5 by from Got it 2 months ago and wand leaks all over floor Bought this 2 months ago. After the 3rd use the wand leaks everywhere even in the fully closed position. This was professionally installed by a plumber. :( I hope customer service can help.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful tub filler, works great! As the other reviews here show, make sure your plumber reads the instructions! The cartridge has to be adjusted at installation to set the temperature properly. The filler looks striking and works great. Would buy again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Leaky wand Everything is fine except for the leaky wand leaving a puddle on the floor every time I use the spout. The stopper doesn’t fully close leaving a trickle of water coming out of the wand.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The worst. First off, the adjustable cartridge for the hot water basically sucks. The regular setting is cold water out of the box and installed. Even adjusted to have hot water, it doesn’t get hot enough. I understand this is for child safety reasons, but my tub is in master bathroom in a kid free zone. Secondly, this spray handle LEAKS EVERYWHERE. I never, ever use it. Yet the darn thing leaks all over my bathroom when i take a bath. In my opinion, this product has far too many issues and should be taken off the market. It’s a very expensive fixture, but it functions so horribly. So basically I have to replace my tub faucet and I’m not real happy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from WATER PRESSURE TOO LOW The flow from this fixture is so low it takes FOREVER for my tub to fill up even half way. I had to pay my plumber a service call fee to make sure there was not obstruction - which there wasn't. I'm a designer and will not use Delta again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Leaky wand Whenever I use faucet the wand leaks all over the floor. Now when I use tub which is infrequent I put the wand in the tub. Other then that the faucet looks and works great.

Does this tub filler have a scorch feature to regulate the heat of the water? This is required by code in my city.

Asked by: Navis
Hi Navis, Thank you for your question! This faucet has a pressure-balance cartridge to help prevent scalding. It also has a Rotational Limit Stop that allows you to adjust the maximum temperature. For more information regarding compliance, please see the Technical Specifications: https://media.deltafaucet.com/SpecSheet/DSP-B-T4759-FL%20Rev%20E.pdf Best regards, Jon

How do you change the diverted valve for T4759?

Tube filler is a little older than 1year. Water is leaking from the wand. I need to change the diverted valve. How do you remove the wand holder assembly (RP74808)?
Asked by: JT
Hi, JT! Thank you for your question and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a leak from your diverter for your roman tub filler faucet. The holder assembly can be removed by unscrewing the holder part counter clockwise. Here is a link to the RP74808 so that you can see a close up of the threaded part. https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/product/RP74808 Best Regards, Rosanna

Can you slow the flow rate down?

I have this model and I have a tankless water heater. During the winter I need to slow the flow rate down to get hotter water at times. The handle does not adjust flow rate, only temperature. Is there something that could be installed to decrease the flow rate to the faucet?
Asked by: Awe
Hi Awe! Thank you for your question. The cartridge in the T4759-RBFL floor mounted tub filler has a rotational limit stop that controls how hot the water can get. This may need adjusted. If this is already set to the hottest position, then you may need to contact the manufacturer of the tankless water heater to find the ideal setting to accommodate the flow rate of this model. https://www.deltafaucet.com/video-gallery/video-page?videoId=n2_uZ7wgV1I Best regards, Edward

Hot is Cold

We have this floor mounted faucet but when we turn it on it comes out hot first and if we keep turning it goes to cold. Is it possible that it is mounted 180 degrees out? Can we just lift It up and rotate it? It is mounted on the left side of the tub. I heard somewhere that it should Be mounted on the right side of the tub but That would reduce the design possibilities.
Asked by: Schuffy
Thank you for your inquiry, Schuffy! We would advise removing and rotating the valve cartridge assembly 180 degrees and reinstalling it. This should allow the cold water to run first, out of your Delta Contemporary Floor Mount Roman Tub T4759-FL model. Best regards, Tanya
