Rated 1 out of 5 by from WATER PRESSURE TOO LOW The flow from this fixture is so low it takes FOREVER for my tub to fill up even half way. I had to pay my plumber a service call fee to make sure there was not obstruction - which there wasn't. I'm a designer and will not use Delta again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Leaky wand Whenever I use faucet the wand leaks all over the floor. Now when I use tub which is infrequent I put the wand in the tub. Other then that the faucet looks and works great.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not HOT enough!! I wish I had read these reviews before, this filler will not heat the water up hot enough. Now trying to find the instructions and tools to make the water hotter and then ask my contractor to send someone out help me fix this. Very annoying and there needs to be BIG labels on the box telling people about this when installing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Factory temperature setting way too low Tub filler looks great but the factory setting for the temperature is way too low. It only dispenses luke warm water and you have to adjust the rotational limit stop by removing the handle which is next to impossible to do. Even the tool they provide doesn't work to get into the tiny hole to be able to turn the screw to remove it. We still have not been able to do it and we are experienced. This should not be that hard. Very disappointing after all the hard work to install this tub filler.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks great but water isn't getting hot installed the faucet and it looks great and turns on and off just fine. However, the hot water temperature does not get hot enough to take a bath. Temperature is warm when handle is turned to max heat. Had plumbers look at it and everything seemed to be hooked up correctly. Is there a child scauld lock on this faucet? Might have to return if water won't get hot.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from polished chrome The bottom cover is made of plastic. I expected more from delta. Plastic is more easily damaged and the bottom cover is not easily replaced.

How do you change the diverted valve for T4759?

Tube filler is a little older than 1year. Water is leaking from the wand. I need to change the diverted valve. How do you remove the wand holder assembly (RP74808)?
Asked by: JT
Hi, JT! Thank you for your question and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a leak from your diverter for your roman tub filler faucet. The holder assembly can be removed by unscrewing the holder part counter clockwise. Here is a link to the RP74808 so that you can see a close up of the threaded part. https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/product/RP74808 Best Regards, Rosanna

Can you slow the flow rate down?

I have this model and I have a tankless water heater. During the winter I need to slow the flow rate down to get hotter water at times. The handle does not adjust flow rate, only temperature. Is there something that could be installed to decrease the flow rate to the faucet?
Asked by: Awe
Hi Awe! Thank you for your question. The cartridge in the T4759-RBFL floor mounted tub filler has a rotational limit stop that controls how hot the water can get. This may need adjusted. If this is already set to the hottest position, then you may need to contact the manufacturer of the tankless water heater to find the ideal setting to accommodate the flow rate of this model. https://www.deltafaucet.com/video-gallery/video-page?videoId=n2_uZ7wgV1I Best regards, Edward

Hot is Cold

We have this floor mounted faucet but when we turn it on it comes out hot first and if we keep turning it goes to cold. Is it possible that it is mounted 180 degrees out? Can we just lift It up and rotate it? It is mounted on the left side of the tub. I heard somewhere that it should Be mounted on the right side of the tub but That would reduce the design possibilities.
Asked by: Schuffy
Thank you for your inquiry, Schuffy! We would advise removing and rotating the valve cartridge assembly 180 degrees and reinstalling it. This should allow the cold water to run first, out of your Delta Contemporary Floor Mount Roman Tub T4759-FL model. Best regards, Tanya

Is the height adjustable, and if so, what is the range?

Asked by: Swswan
Swswan, Thank you for your question. The total spout height is 41" and the end of the spout is 37" above the floor. The height is not adjustable. Technical Specifications: https://media.deltafaucet.com/SpecSheet/DSP-B-T4759-FL%20Rev%20D.pdf Best regards, Jon

Are there shorter main tubes for this unit?

This is the standard 31mm tube and it is too tall for our tub, causing lots of splashing in and out of the tub.
Asked by: BJ & Jean
Hi, BJ & Jean! Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we do not have a shorter main tube for this tub filler. Best Regards, Rosanna

I need an overflow drain assembly for my freestanding tub, is there anything in champagne bronze that matches my tub filler?

The tub came with no overflow drain, plumber is drilling into tub to create one per WI building code.
Asked by: Maggie
Dear Maggie, Thank you for your question! Delta does not manufacture drain assemblies for roman/whirlpool/garden tubs. If you have a standard tub we do make the Delta Bath Waste Assembly RP693CZ, that would match the finish of the Delta Trinsic Floor Mount Tub Filler Trim Kit T4759-CZFL. https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/product/RP693CZ Best regards, Tanya
