Does this tub filler have a scorch feature to regulate the heat of the water? This is required by code in my city.
Thank you for your question! This faucet has a pressure-balance cartridge to help prevent scalding. It also has a Rotational Limit Stop that allows you to adjust the maximum temperature. For more information regarding compliance, please see the Technical Specifications:

How do you change the diverted valve for T4759?
Tube filler is a little older than 1year. Water is leaking from the wand. I need to change the diverted valve. How do you remove the wand holder assembly (RP74808)?
Thank you for your question and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a leak from your diverter for your roman tub filler faucet. The holder assembly can be removed by unscrewing the holder part counter clockwise. Here is a link to the RP74808 so that you can see a close up of the threaded part.

Can you slow the flow rate down?
I have this model and I have a tankless water heater. During the winter I need to slow the flow rate down to get hotter water at times. The handle does not adjust flow rate, only temperature. Is there something that could be installed to decrease the flow rate to the faucet?
Thank you for your question. The cartridge in the T4759-RBFL floor mounted tub filler has a rotational limit stop that controls how hot the water can get. This may need adjusted. If this is already set to the hottest position, then you may need to contact the manufacturer of the tankless water heater to find the ideal setting to accommodate the flow rate of this model.

Hot is Cold
We have this floor mounted faucet but when
we turn it on it comes out hot first and if we keep
turning it goes to cold. Is it possible that it is
mounted 180 degrees out? Can we just lift
It up and rotate it? It is mounted on the left
side of the tub. I heard somewhere that it should
Be mounted on the right side of the tub but
That would reduce the design possibilities.
Thank you for your inquiry, Schuffy! We would advise removing and rotating the valve cartridge assembly 180 degrees and reinstalling it. This should allow the cold water to run first, out of your Delta Contemporary Floor Mount Roman Tub T4759-FL model.
