Shower handle does dribble water down the braded hose for a few seconds after shutting off, getting a little water on the floor, but leave the handle in the tub until it drains prevents this.

The installation is not for a beginner in my opinion nor would I want to try with such an investment . The handheld faucet is super nice and good for rinsing out your hair or even someone else’s . A household with a pet or small child would benefit from the convenience of the handheld faucet . If you are remodeling or building a home and need bathroom fixtures this is a dream brand !!!

I have this tub filler. Really like it. Adjust handle for balance between hot and cold. Only draw back is it runs full force.  Is there a way to slow down the flow?

What is the flow rate of RP73598 cartridge and what is the maximum temperature that can be achieved?

Can you slow the flow rate down?

I have this model and I have a tankless water heater. During the winter I need to slow the flow rate down to get hotter water at times. The handle does not adjust flow rate, only temperature. Is there something that could be installed to decrease the flow rate to the faucet?

Hi Awe! Thank you for your question. The cartridge in the T4759-RBFL floor mounted tub filler has a rotational limit stop that controls how hot the water can get. This may need adjusted. Only warm water comes out. How do you adjust water temp? Is there a video out there for instruction?

Why does this tub filler not have a way to prevent 360 rotation?  I am concerned that as the water is filling the tub the faucet could get bumped resulting in water dumping onto the floor.   This seems like a design flaw.

The tub came with no overflow drain, plumber is drilling into tub to create one per WI building code.

What is the Floor Mount Tub Filler- Rough R4700-FL for?

These parts are what are installed in the floor to make the plumbing connections, similar to what is behind the wall on a tub/shower faucet. I purchased this tub filler from my local plumbing supply store and now am seeing reviews. I will have my plumber address water temp upon installation, but what can we do upfront to prevent leaking wand and address low flow rate?

Our products have a Lifetime Limited Warranty that covers parts and finish to be free of defect in material and workmanship for the original owner/purchaser. Electronic parts have a 5-Year Limited Warranty. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to the build-up of mineral deposits, and we recommend blotting the faucet dry after use to prevent this from happening. However, water spots and fingerprints can be easily cleaned by wiping the finish with a damp cloth. If additional cleaning is needed, we recommend using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Hello.  Can you use this tub filler in an outdoor setting specifically Asheville, NC where temperatures can be at or below freezing at certain times of year?  If this fixture can not accommodate low temperatures is there one that you could recommend?

Does the handle allow to regulate temperature and pressure??

Do have a 1700 series design on the way, my clients complain that they can only run hot water full blast, most people like to run a small stream of hot water while in the bath. My question is in regards to floor faucets for freestanding tubs.

Hi Hoosier, Thanks for your question regarding T4759-FL! Please ensure that both the hot and cold water valves are fully open. Flushing your unit may resolve this concern. The cartridge RP73598 does have a rotational limit stop that can be adjusted to get hotter water. If the rough in valve was installed with hot and cold crossed.  Is there a way to flip the cartridge and correct the problem ?
