what additional items do I need for a new installation of this tub filler

I purchased and had someone install this faucet. Unfortunately, the water does not come out warm enough. Is there an adjustment to add more hot to the mixture???

Hi Bob Burns, thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Yes, this cartridge has an option to adjust for temperature. The white piece on the top of the cartridge is a Rotational Limit Stop. To adjust please pull this white piece towards you, rotate counter-clockwise for hotter water and clockwise for cooler water. Is this Tub filler for a concrete slab floor? My contractor assured me I must purchase a tub filler for a concrete slab floor.... I checked the specs... can't identify. Is this for a sub floor or crawl space installation, I must know as it wont work ?

What is considered brushed nickel? Are stainless and brushed nickel the same finish?
