Disappointed. Need to be able to control flow of water.
Spout water flow is too high to rinse hair/body. If you get under the high flow spout, water sprays everywhere & makes a mess. The handheld sprayer is too low-flow to shampoo/rinse hair. Works for filling tub for soaking. Unusable for shampooing/bathing.

The tub filler is very attractive and works great. I was worried it would have low water pressure since Delta tends to be more conservative with their restrictors but it fills my large tub very quickly. The hose has a good spray and is more than long enough.

Not worth the price…
There are a few flaws that make this unit not worth the hefty price tag. Tub filler leaks, shower wand leaks, diverter nob wears out quickly… Seats and springs will need replacing often -“as will the diverter knob. Would not recommend for a daily use tub.

Love the look but several leaking problems
We finished out our house (5 bathrooms, laundry room, and kitchen) in Delta Trinsic faucets 2 1/2 years ago. We love them all expect the bathroom floor tub filler. After about 6 months it started leaking from the main faucet and we got that fix by our home builder still under the 1 year warranty. But now the wand is leaking and can't get it to stop. We current have to let it hang in the tub every time we use it, which is annoying and doesn't look good. So every time I turn the main facet on the hand held wand drips water also. I've looked for a plug to just remove the wand, but can't seem to find one in the parts list. For a $2,000 facet you'd expect it to work.

Leaking like a lot of other reviews
We’ve been in our house for about 3 years. The previous owners redid the bathroom at some point. Our wand leaks because of the diverted valve also. I’m not seeing replacement valves and the little piece looks like more than an O-ring. Stinks because these are expensive.

Leaking wand and diverter valve
I have a very similar issue to most people writing reviews. The wand and diverted valve leaks allow water to pool on my baseboards and under the tub base. I am very frustrated with an expensive, beautiful-looking filler.

Wand Leaks while Spout running water
I purchased this lovely, expensive tub filler 7 months ago. Purchased through Ferguson. The diverter does not properly and completely close causing the water to leak through the wand. It damages walls and floors. I must put the wand in the tub while running water.
I really want to enjoy my bath instead of getting frustrated every time I use it. I have reported this issue to both Delta and Ferguson. No response from Delta. Ferguson sent out 2 replacements that did the same thing and I returned both. Ferguson suggested that I buy another model that fits the floor base. I really do not want to spend an additional $2000 to replace a defective filler.
There are numerous complaints about this issue for this faucet on this and other sites.

Paint Flaking off Diverter failing wand leaking
I purchased this tub filler less than 2 years ago. Within a year the Diverter failed and caused the hand wand to leak. It flooded my bathroom a few times because my kids do not know how to keep wand in the tub. Paint also chipping off wand (Black color). Not happy at all

Delta Trinsic Tub Filler is really beautiful. It's the focal point of my renovated master bath room project.
The product is amazing. However, I received it without the handheld spray/hose. It was not in the delivery package. I sent a request to seller last week and waiting to hear back from them. Hopefully, now that the Thanksgiving Holiday is behind us they will attend this issue.

Same as others - Beautiful but leaks
Looks great and worked well for a short time. After about 1 year, the wand started leaking. We have to leave the wand in the tub or it leaks all over the floor. We've tried to repair it ourselves with warranty parts, had plumbers try to repair - still no luck. Has to be some sort of defect in the diverter plunger. Very disappointing.

Leaky tub filler; sadly disappointed
The tub filler is beautiful but as previously mentioned in another review, the faucet shut off is slow and consistently leaks and makes a small puddle in the tub. This was such a disappointment to my brand new bathroom. Perhaps there is a defect in the lot that was manufactured. I have never had an issue with Delta products.

I had written a long review a ew minutes ago and lost it while figuring our how to upload the video I've been sending tot he dealer for a month, so I'm starting over. It leaks. period no satisfaction from the dealer. The video will open here, although my sales lady denies it will open. I think I'll send her the link today.

Pretty in Champagne bronze. I like the flow out of the tub. The handheld is a bit weak, but still trying to get used to a free standing tub filler, so maybe best that it is weak. I did not install, my contractor did.

Do I need a overflow/drain to match T4759-SSFL? I know depending on tub but I cant find an options for this.

I am purchasing the Floor mount tub filler: Trinsic T4759-BLFL with the Trinsic rough #R4700-FLWS to be installed in a raised foundation room...do I also need the mounting plate rough? RP74813 (The existing floor will be removed for new tile floor)

Only warm water comes out. How do you adjust water temp? Is there a video out there for instruction?

What is the Floor Mount Tub Filler- Rough R4700-FL for?
Hi ferrariwong, Thank you for your question. The R4700-FL is the rough in for the floor mount tub filler. These parts are what are installed in the floor to make the plumbing connections, similar to what is behind the wall on a tub/shower faucet. The T4759-FL trim are all the parts that you can see that are installed on top of the rough to make a complete faucet..

Is the top spout changeable to a longer hook, or wider hook?
