Mine spayed water everywhere right out of the gate so my plumber immediately removed and will not install again as it will likely damage my sheet rock. Delta will not replace. Very disappointed after spending so much money. I will never buy delta again, I thought it was quality, I guess they spend their money on marketing and not on reliability.

Sprays water everywhere.
Wish I would’ve known that this thing is no good before spending $3K on it. Sprays water all over the floor. Spent a lot of money on a remodel and the tub filler is garbage. I give it zero stars. It was professionally installed by a plumber who has tried everything to solve the issue but it makes a mess on the wall and the floor

Beautiful appearance, terrible functionality.
This tub filler is beautiful. We had a stand alone tub installed in the master bath of our brand new home and it was gorgeous. Unfortunately, it splashes water all over the floor. There are no adjustments to try to fix the issue. Wish I had been able to check the reviews before the builder installed the tub filler

Looks great but leaves a mess
I was very excited to get this installed in my remodeled master bath. But when you turn it on water shoots out and splashes everyplace. You have to turn it at the way to get the hot water. I have to clean up all the water before I can enjoy a bath because water is 3/4 of the way up the walls.

The way this filler is positioned means there is a lot of splashing. It can't be closer to the bath to fix this issue. Every time we use the filler we have to put a towel over the edge of the bath to prevent water from going everywhere. The shower handle setting is not changeable and the water comes out way too hard. If you use it while you are in the bath again water will spray everywhere.

Do not recommend
We are so disappointed with this product. I got my dream tub and in my brand new MBR. But the Delta tub filler leaks every time I use the tub. I end up just keeping the nozzle hanging over into the tub all the time. Absolutely aggravating and looks ugly. For the price I hate to have to replace the whole dang thing. Had the plumber out twice and says it is a defect.

Beautiful. With Problems.
Our contractor and their plumber installed per the instructions. However, the tub filler sprays all over the edge of the tub and onto the floor. We looked at the parts diagram and it appears that removing the "stream straightener" (aka aerator) part RP51009 might help? Can we permanently remove this part?

Horrible product
I have had nothing but trouble with this tub filler. The wand hose leaks, we have had to open our ceiling below bathroom where tub filler is located. Our contractor has tried to fix this 3 times, changing out different parts delta sent to us. Delta finally sent a hole new tub filler. This hose also leaks. My ceiling will need to be fixed for the 5 the time now. Have to take a bath with the hose in the tub so it doesn’t leak, and now the faucet has a constant drip that we can’t fix. Have to call delta again. I just want my money back to buy something else..

Adjusting rotational limit stop
hello, my water is too cold! how do i remove the button over the hardware in order to access the rotational limit stop? Button removal isn't covered in the installation manual.

Thank you for your inquiry, Stranpdx! The button on the handle can be removed using your fingernail or a sharp pin to pop/pry out the button. Then to get hotter water from your Delta Ara Floor Mount Tub Filler T4768-FL, you would need to adjust the rotational limit stop on the top of the cartridge assembly, under the handle. Please see pages 7 and 8 module 3 of the below Maintenance/Installation document link.

Is the shower feature for the ARA tub filler have a different spray than other styles, or are they all similar?

Thank you for your question. The H2Okinetic® Spray setting on the sprayer for the Delta T4767-SSFL is similar to other tub fillers. We recommend checking the technical specifications sheets to show the spray settings for other tub fillers.

Is there an option for a longer spout neck now? I recently installed this faucet and I need an extra inch or so to be able to fully clear the overflow, otherwise when the water is on it hits the overflow and splashes out.

Same issue as a couple others. Water coming out isn't nearly as hot as I get out of the shower (also Delta). The "button" blocking the set screw to get to the rotational limit set is some kind of rubber. How do I safely remove?

we have our waer heater set at 140 degrees and don't seem to get enough hot water coming out of the ara floor mount faucet, is there a way to adjust the flow rate on the faucet itself

Thank you for your question. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your Delta T4767-SSFL floor mount tub filler. If you have a tankless water heater, your tankless heater will need to be calibrated correctly to compensate for the flow rate of the faucet. One suggestion that we could make for you would be for you to turn down the temperature of the heater to 120° or lower. The less hot water would have to be flowing more to get the desired mixed temperature. Please contact us back if you should need further assistance.

When I turn the tub filler on full flow some water shoots backwards onto floor outside of tub. Is there a way to adjust this? If not, is there a suggested distance for tub filler location from edge of tub to keep this issue from occuring?

Is the trim sleeve supposed to be loose and move back and forth between the handle and the tub spout?

Our tub filler was just installed as part of bathroom remodel. The main faucet spout is not shooting water straight down into the tub. The spray pattern is shooting water backward hitting the edge of the tub. Is there a way to adjust the spray pattern?

Hi, it’s seems to take 15-20 minutes to fill the tub with this product. Pressure is great all over the house except for this tub filler. Is there a restriction plate (similar to bathroom sink faucet) that could be removed to increase flow? Thanks!

I purchased the Ara single hand them tub, filler floor mount, and wondering if the handle can be mounted on either side? My contractor installed it on one side, but I need it on the other.

I have set the temperature regulator on a bath faucet to maximum and still cannot get the water temperature high enough for me. The incoming water temp is plenty hot enough as I have checked it from other non-regulating faucets. Suggestions?

i just had the T4767 fl installed, the force of the water filling the tub has great force and the water tempature is not that hot and the hand held spray has so much force i cant even imagine rinsing your head without soaking the bathroom ,any adjustments

The faucet cartridge features a Rotational Limit Stop as a safety feature. Remove the handle and turn the limit stop counterclockwise to increase the maximum allowed temperature. See the maintenance and installation manual for more information.

Our plumbing inspector says the filler needs to be ASSE 1070 compliant to prevent scalding. Does the pressure balance cartridge meet this standard? If so, where can documentation be acquired?
