Q&A

Is the shower feature for the ARA tub filler have a different spray than other styles, or are they all similar?

Asked by: Gaysey
Hi, Gaysey! Thank you for your question. The H2Okinetic® Spray setting on the sprayer for the Delta T4767-SSFL is similar to other tub fillers. We recommend checking the technical specifications sheets to show the spray settings for other tub fillers. Best Regards, Rosanna

Same issue as a couple others. Water coming out isn't nearly as hot as I get out of the shower (also Delta). The "button" blocking the set screw to get to the rotational limit set is some kind of rubber. How do I safely remove?

Asked by: Chris
Thank you for your question, Chris! The indicator button on the handle of the Delta Ara Floor Mount Tub Filler T4767-SSFL trim kit can be removed by using a sharp pin or fingernail to pop it off. Please feel free to call, email, or message us on social if there is anything else you need. we have our waer heater set at 140 degrees and don't seem to get enough hot water coming out of the ara floor mount faucet, is there a way to adjust the flow rate on the faucet itself

Asked by: john
Hi, John. Thank you for your question. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your Delta T4767-SSFL floor mount tub filler. If you have a tankless water heater, your tankless heater will need to be calibrated correctly to compensate for the flow rate of the faucet. One suggestion that we could make for you would be for you to turn down the temperature of the heater to 120° or lower. The less hot water would have to be flowing more to get the desired mixed temperature. Please contact us back if you should need further assistance. Best Regards, Rosanna

On the R -4700 -FL rough in , when tiling the Floor , do I just need to leave the 4 screws accessible to install the final trim ?

Asked by: Ralph
Hi Ralph, Thank you for your question. The mounting nuts and washers come with the Delta Ara Floor Mount Tub Filler T4767-FL trim kit. The nut and washer from RP74819 are made to mount onto the RP74814 threaded stud that measures 1/4-20 x 3.45". Best regards, Tanya

Is there an option for a longer spout neck now? I recently installed this faucet and I need an extra inch or so to be able to fully clear the overflow, otherwise when the water is on it hits the overflow and splashes out.

Asked by: J bing
Hi, J Bing. Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we do not have a longer spout assembly or extension for the Delta T4767-BLFL faucet. Best Regards, Rosanna
