In the same vein as Multichoice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The filler is attractive looking, though you can judge that for yourself. I bought it as I plan on putting delta throughout this bathroom, including multiple showerheads, and this is a nice transitional fixture. I've been really pleased with the multichoice system by Delta, and have put it in almost all of my recent insulations.
The rough follows the general theme, in that you can use one rough in with several different trims. It's basically a plate with 2 floating stems that lock in after the plate is installed. Not a perfect system in 2 ways - it's a keyhole, so they are unsupported in one axis, and you have to plumb them in that axis with the plumbing. Related, it's sweat only. If you were coming up to it with copper it wouldn't be an issue, but pex doesn't really provide the same ability to plumb, even well anchored.
I like the system, though it really seems aimed at new construction - it would be interesting to say the least to retrofit this.

Great looking product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time I have used a stand alone tub filler on a project. Product was easy to install. No issues. Looks great! Only complaint is lack of directions on how close to install to tub. Installation of supply lines and drain should include recommended distance to tub edge. Mine drips on edge of tub when shut off. Other than that, great product.

Do you make a longer spout 2 to 4 inches longer?

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we do not make a longer spout for this model. The floor-mount tub filler with the longest spout that we currently make is model T4774-FL, which is 9-3/16".

I purchased this tub filler recently. When the plumber installed it, he said it appeared that there was no way to control the water temperature separate from the flow. This seemed so ridiculous that I figured the plumber must be mistaken. Can you clarify?

Is there a water pressure reducer available for this faucet. I just bought one and pressure is way too high.

Do I have to purchase drain stop separately? If I am installing this on a new free standing tub, what else do I need to purchase in addition to this filler to complete the installation?
Thank you for your question, Jojo! Model T4768-BLFL does not come included with a drain assembly, so one would need to be purchased separately. The only additional component needed to be purchased is the R4700-FL rough valve.

The ARA® Floor Mount Channel Spout Tub Filler Trim MODEL#: T4768-FL has a maximum flow rate of 7.5 GPM at 60 psi. The Hand Shower has a maximum flow rate of 1.75 GPM @ 80 psi. Please refer to the technical specifications sheet for more details, I have attached the link below.

Can you change out the head on the hand shower to a multi function shower head? If so, any recommendations.

I have a drip, drip leak. I have the T4768. Do I need a replacement cartridge? If so, what's the part number and do I need anything else?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model T4768-FL.
Typically a leak is caused by wear or damage to the rubber seat in the legs of the cartridge. We recommend replacing the RP4993 seats and springs and checking the condition of the o-rings on the legs of the cartridge.
If the issue remains, the RP73598 cartridge may need to be replaced. See the installation and maintenance manual for more information:
