[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Delta Saylor Single Hole lavatory exceeded my expectations, even better after installed and could see how it functioned. The smaller scale and height of the faucet makes it very functional, my plumber really likes the pop up drain for ease of use and easy maintenance. I am an Interior Designer specializing in historic home renovation and this Delta Saylor faucet looks historically appropriate with a nice modern feel. Highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome faucet This is a really cool looking faucet...the gold / brass color is really subdued and classy, not garish at all. The handle operation is smooth. Installation was really easy after a close reading of the instructions. One thing that was harder than expected- removing the faucet handle to install the color ring. I pulled and yanked on that thing forever. It takes a lot of force, to the point it feel like it may break. But it looks really good.

I am curious if the temperature color ring that is shown in the photos is removable.  I think that would take away from the look of the faucet.

Are the brilliance stainless bathroom faucets and showers truly spot resistant like the spitshield brushed nickel?

Hi Mimi, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company about 536-SSMPU-DST! All of our finishes are protected by a protective coating. We recommend to always blot dry any water from the faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to a build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward. I ordered this faucet from Lowe's.  I am curious because the color I received is not at all as pictured.  Is the faucet in fact a gold color as pictured or is is more muted like the one I received?

The 536-SSMP-MPU-DST has an escutchion that shows to be 6" long. The sink I have has 3 holes where the outer holes are 4" from the centerline, making a 6" escutchion too short to cover the holes at an 8" spread. Is there a larger escutchion available?

How to remove the aerator filter to clean?
