Hi Schi, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19802Z-BL-DST. The faucet could be installed backwards, because the spout swivels 360 degrees. After removing the handle there is not an option to slide from a 1 or 2 position.  Does not look like the picture as provided.

A 1/8" hex or Allen key is used to tighten the screw that traps the handle between the cartridge stem and the screw flange. Leave a gap when tightening the screw to the stem, push the handle onto the stem, then finish tightening the screw. To flush the unit, we recommend the following: Start with the easy stuff: Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed. If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is. Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow. If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet. Next, check the supply lines for debris: Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside a bucket. Stubborn hard water spots are best avoided by this daily regime. If extra measures are needed, a solution of 50% distilled white vinegar (not apple cider or balsamic vinegar) and water could be used by wiping, spraying or soaking. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward and wipe dry. If additional cleaning is required, use well-diluted dish soap as you would with your glassware. Additionally, all of our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: Formula 409® Antibacterial All Purpose Cleaner, Fantastik® All Purpose Cleaner, or Windex® Original Glass Cleaner, when used according to the manufacturers' instructions for use. Hi Clifford, thank you for your interest in the 19802Z-BL-DST! It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut-off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the fully open middle position, and then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out of the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and repeat with the second line.
