I have read your specs about the recertified faucets. However, the wording makes me wonder. Does this mean that it’s possible this faucet could have scratches or dings on it even though it’s gone through standard testing otherwise?

Can I buy this new, versus refurbished? I love it but question it being used.

Delta® Recertified products are returned, unused items that include all parts, and have been inspected to meet the quality standards of new Delta® products – no dents, scratches, or blemishes. The packaging may have stickers and minor flaws, or the product may be completely repackaged.
