Is there a removable flow restrictor? Water pressure seams weak…

Hi Akol, Thank you for your question! Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you. The Delta Faucet model 9159-DST-R Trinsic® Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet (Recertified) In Chrome does not have a removable aerator. Reduced flow is typically caused by the debris. If only one side is affected, there is debris in the supply line. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shutoff valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the middle position, fully open, then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and turn on both supplies. Check flow from the faucet. If this does not help, please let us know. Does this come with the deck plate to install this faucet in a location with 3 holes?
