Rated 2 out of 5 by from Head will not retract after being pulled down Just installed this in a kitchen remodel and am disappointed that the sprayer will not retract when pulled down. I see now that another customer reported the same issue. The weight that is supposed to clamp onto the hose is both too light and does not clamp. There is no mechanism in the weight to cause it to hold tight to the hose and even if there was, I doubt it is heavy enough to cause the sprayer to fully retract. Disappointed that a faucet at this price point can't get this simple detail right.

The water pressure could be a little better. Also, it was a bit difficult to install because it took some time to twist the faucet into place. Overall, I looks nice and durable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice faucet! First, the likes: the silhouette of this and the look of it. I like this brand they typically have quality products. The pressure on this is much better than my last faucet! Dislikes: the sprayer. There are 2 different options of sprayers and I don’t care for either. I am a traditional sprayer kind of girl. The way it comes out on either option doesn’t really get the job done when it comes to getting the stuck on food you want to blast off. I still have to get used to the side handle and adjusting as needed. Not as easy as typical ones. Although pretty looking..not sure I will keep it.

Q&A

does the emmaline pull down faucet handle rotate both forward and backward and by how far for each direction. I am concerned about hitting backsplash behind it.

My water flow seems substandard. What is the problem

Recommended maintenance for reduced flow is to flush the faucet with the aerator removed to help clear any trapped sediment or debris. what are the pros and cons (differences) between Mateo, Trinic, Lenta and Emmaline kitchen faucets (no touch or voice control). we're remodeling our kitchen with shaker/craftsman style cherry cabinets and 36 inch stainless Kraus double farmhouse sink

The weight was installed as per p.8 of the installation guide - weights sits at the bottom of the loop made by the hose. But when the pull-down is used, the hose just hangs down and does not retract or redock. Is this normal? Is this by design?

Where should the weight in the pull-down hose be located for the pull-down to retract properly? How do I move the donut-shape weight and 'lock' it in place?

I have included the link to our Delta Faucet Emmeline™ Single Handle Pull Down Kitchen Faucet In Lumicoat Arctic Stainless MODEL#: 9182-AR-PR-DST installation guide, on Page 8 it shows the weight being installed onto the hose from the end. This hose should just rest at the bottom loop of the hose, which helps hold the hose when docked.
