Rated 2 out of 5 by from Head will not retract after being pulled down Just installed this in a kitchen remodel and am disappointed that the sprayer will not retract when pulled down. I see now that another customer reported the same issue. The weight that is supposed to clamp onto the hose is both too light and does not clamp. There is no mechanism in the weight to cause it to hold tight to the hose and even if there was, I doubt it is heavy enough to cause the sprayer to fully retract. Disappointed that a faucet at this price point can't get this simple detail right.

The water pressure could be a little better. Also, it was a bit difficult to install because it took some time to twist the faucet into place. Overall, I looks nice and durable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice faucet! First, the likes: the silhouette of this and the look of it. I like this brand they typically have quality products. The pressure on this is much better than my last faucet! Dislikes: the sprayer. There are 2 different options of sprayers and I don’t care for either. I am a traditional sprayer kind of girl. The way it comes out on either option doesn’t really get the job done when it comes to getting the stuck on food you want to blast off. I still have to get used to the side handle and adjusting as needed. Not as easy as typical ones. Although pretty looking..not sure I will keep it.

Does the spray setting reset when you turn off the faucet or does it stay on so that when you turn on the faucet it is still on the spray setting? In otherwards, is there a default setting when the faucet turn on?

Is this a contractor-grade faucet or retial-grade faucet?

Newly installed May 2022. Flow slows to a trickle after approx 1 min of continuous running - isolated it to the head by removing it and repeating test (no trickle). What is causing the flow to slow and how do I fix it?

Hi Paul, Thank you for contacting us, We apologize for the issue with the pressure. I would be happy to help you. To flush the unit, we recommend the following: Start with the easy stuff: Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed. If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is. Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow. If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet. Next, check the supply lines for debris: Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside a bucket. Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply. Please contact us back if you have any questions or need further assistance. The water pressure on my kitchen faucet is incredibly slow. I have checked the aerator and it has not helped. Is there a restrictor that is slowing down the flow?

The flow restrictor is inside of the wand assembly and it cannot be removed. Please remove the wand from the hose, and check for debris that may be stuck in the wand.
