Head will not retract after being pulled down
Just installed this in a kitchen remodel and am disappointed that the sprayer will not retract when pulled down. I see now that another customer reported the same issue. The weight that is supposed to clamp onto the hose is both too light and does not clamp. There is no mechanism in the weight to cause it to hold tight to the hose and even if there was, I doubt it is heavy enough to cause the sprayer to fully retract. Disappointed that a faucet at this price point can't get this simple detail right.

Bad head retraction from
Head does not seat into the neck properly and the neck wobbles in place. The weight is not enough to retract the head once it is extended. Very poor performance after less than a month’s use.

Sleek Design
The faucet design looks sleek and elegant. The reach is excellent, and I really like that I can detach it to rinse around the sink. The water pressure could be a little better. Also, it was a bit difficult to install because it took some time to twist the faucet into place. Overall, I looks nice and durable.

Nice faucet!
First, the likes: the silhouette of this and the look of it. I like this brand they typically have quality products. The pressure on this is much better than my last faucet!
Dislikes: the sprayer. There are 2 different options of sprayers and I don’t care for either. I am a traditional sprayer kind of girl. The way it comes out on either option doesn’t really get the job done when it comes to getting the stuck on food you want to blast off. I still have to get used to the side handle and adjusting as needed. Not as easy as typical ones. Although pretty looking..not sure I will keep it.

The base plate for the 9182 AR PR DST requires three holes in the countertop. Can the two outside legs be removed so only one hole is cut in the quartz countertop?

It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue with the Emmeline® Pull Down Kitchen Faucet Model#: 9182T-PR-DST. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut-off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the fully open middle position, and then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and repeat with the second line. If this does not help, please let us know.

The weight was installed as per p.8 of the installation guide - weights sits at the bottom of the loop made by the hose. But when the pull-down is used, the hose just hangs down and does not retract or redock. Is this normal? Is this by design?

The Delta Faucet model 9982T-PR-DST Single Handle Pull Down Bar/Prep Faucet With Touch2O Technology In Lumicoat Chrome can be bypassed for manual operation using the below steps.
1. Place the handle in the off position.
2. Pull the LED base wire out of the solenoid assembly. Then remove the C-clip secured on the threaded shank.
3. Pull the bottom blue clip connecting the hose to the electronics off and flip the top blue clip down to release.
4. Grip the solenoid and pull the hose off. Then pull the solenoid off the faucet connection.
5. Push the hose onto the faucet connection and use the blue clip to connect it securely and turn the water back on after ensuring it is sealed.

Touch2O faucets include check valves that should be installed on the hot and cold water supplies. When the handle is left in the open position and if the cold water pressure is higher than the hot water pressure, cold water will crossflow through the faucet and into the hot water supply when the faucet is off. The RP53468 check valves prevent this crossflow.
