The water pressure could be a little better. Also, it was a bit difficult to install because it took some time to twist the faucet into place. Overall, I looks nice and durable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice faucet! First, the likes: the silhouette of this and the look of it. I like this brand they typically have quality products. The pressure on this is much better than my last faucet! Dislikes: the sprayer. There are 2 different options of sprayers and I don’t care for either. I am a traditional sprayer kind of girl. The way it comes out on either option doesn’t really get the job done when it comes to getting the stuck on food you want to blast off. I still have to get used to the side handle and adjusting as needed. Not as easy as typical ones. Although pretty looking..not sure I will keep it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow! Impressive! I finally got the new Delta Faucet installed this weekend. My first thought was that it was too big for my sink. I then had the opportunity to wash a few dishes. Oh my! For the first time I have hot water. The dishes were cleaner, the soap was easily sprayed off and joy is in having so much ease in making chores right. One full day and I have a big upgrade that is so much more efficient. This gem was given my honest opinion in exchange for ownership of the Delta Faucet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Definitely worth it with its 3 modes I have fallen in love with this faucet. The installation was relatively easy for my husband, it took less than an hour. It finally brings the faucet out of the way for many things including putting bigger dishes in the sink. I also thoroughly appreciate the ease of the pull down as I have issues with my grip and hands and it isn't like the typical spray nozzle where you have to squeeze it. The different modes are also very nice. It has made life so much easier.

The different water settings are awesome! The handle is super flexible and strong. With the jet function it's super easy to pre wash dishes.

When I was unpacking and opening the box, it seemed to include everything that was needed to have a complete install and make the process very easy. It also includes a QR Code in order to be able to watch a YouTube video for people that don't know how to install a faucet. My husband installed it and when we were going through the process the instructions were very clear. It took 45 minutes to install including clean up. We have been very impressed with the various faucet jets, and especially the hydrojet that creates a bubble around what you're trying to spray to not make a mess, but also to wash debris away. It's very nice. After using it for a few weeks I've noticed it resists fingerprints somewhat, too. Our old one always looked smudged and not shiny like this one. I never thought I'd say I loved a faucet but I do. It has made such an impact on the overall look of our kitchen. I highly recommend the upgrade.

This was not difficult to install (my husband did it at home) and the water flow is great. Hopefully it is easy to maintain and lasts long. I love it!

I thought these sort of faucets with a single handle at the side would be awkward but the reality is that it is easy to use, super intuitive, and very simple. Having the sprayer be the faucet head cleans up the look, simplifies the install process and makes it far easier to get a professional looking end product. Install process was fast, easy, and if installing on a new sink requires only basic tools, no sink wrench!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wouldn’t Buy This is a beautiful faucet but there were a few problems. first of all there was no instruction manual and the guide online was very hard to follow. it wasn’t easy to fit all of the lines in the small space provided in the bracket. I also didn’t like that the pull down sprayer part was made of plastic, it felt very cheap. I do love the water flow and the buttons. I never could get the sprayer to retract with the weight correctly.

I knew the second I unwrapped this beautiful faucet that I was going to love it. The attention to detail by the Delta engineers is certainly not lost on this product. The Lumicoat chrome is probably something that exists in kitchens belonging to very specific people, and now this is available in any home. The price point is on the higher side but you get what you pay for, and Delta is known for its exceptional customer service. The different streams available make doing dishes and cleaning your sink a delight. The magnet feature of replacing the nozzle is unmatched. I highly recommend this product, it is worth every penny.

The artic stainless finish blends in well with all of the stainless steel appliances in our kitchen and its modern style adds a nice touch to the overall look! Make sure to check the measurement on the spout reach. It happens to extend to the center of our sink which we had trouble finding in other brands. We especially like the three settings on the faucet and the very efficient flow of the water. It’s truly the perfect kitchen faucet and we highly recommend it!

The aesthetics of this faucet are sleek, but feels so substantial to the touch. The pull down spout offers the option of a steady stream of water or a targeted spray. The faucet handle feels solid and turns so smoothly. The chrome feels super soft and slick to the touch and has a gorgeous polish to it that is easy to clean. Amazingly this finish does not hold onto fingerprints, which is an added bonus! This came boxed very well with all of the fittings and instructions included for easy installation. Everything about this faucet is top quality with an elegant look that will quickly transform any kitchen!

Also, batteries had to be constantly replaced (like every two months). Our previous touch faucet batteries lasted for much, much longer.

For cold you turn the handle up and for hot you turn it down. Had I not paid a plumber a goodly sum to install it I would have returned it.

They didn’t disappoint on this latest home built almost three years ago. For some reason the cartridge went bad and caused a leak the week of my daughter’s wedding. They expedited shipment and I received a free replacement cartridge and we got it fixed before company started to arrive!!! Love Delta faucets!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Faucet is good, touch feature not so much I picked this faucet for a new kitchen and thought the touch feature would be handy, since we do a lot of cooking. The faucet itself is fine, it works well, I like the pull-out sprayer, and it’s a lovely faucet. After three months, I gave up on the touch feature and switched to manual mode. I read all the support articles, watched videos, and I guess it works like it should. But I didn’t like it. It is balky, doesn’t always react quickly to touch, and makes adjusting flow rate harder. Touch might be great if you only use one flow rate most of the time, say for handwashing, but if you are frequently adjusting the flow rate it is just awkward. The faucet also gets dirtier all over with touching the spout often. I have a similar Delta touch faucet in my laundry room, and it’s fine. That faucet doesn’t get as much use as the kitchen. I wouldn’t get another touch faucet and doubt I will replace batteries in the laundry faucet when they die.

I have model 9128-AR-PR-DS, what position is the handle for hot water. Currently I have hot when handle is pulled down.

I love my 18 month old EMMELINE Single Handle Pull Down Kitchen Faucet, but there's a 3/16" gap between the sprayer and the spout that wasn't there when it was new. Cleaning both sides of the magnet didn't help. Any suggestions?

Installed but hot water will barely come and it ppulsates

Hello Gail, Thank you for contacting us! I am happy to help you! Reduced flow in our Delta Faucets is typically caused by debris. If only one side is affected, there is debris in the supply line. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shutoff valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the middle position, fully open, then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and turn on both supplies. Check flow from the faucet. If this does not help, please let us know. Please contact us with any questions or for further assistance. Hi. I just installed this and the gooseneck swivel is very loose. No friction at all. Is there a way to tighten it or is it broken?

Emmeline kitchen faucet, not Touch technology. How do I remove the plug on the handle collar.  I think I need to slightly tighten the nut to stop a tiny drip but I can not tell if the plug is threaded or has some other way of cover the hole.
