Head will not retract after being pulled down
Just installed this in a kitchen remodel and am disappointed that the sprayer will not retract when pulled down. I see now that another customer reported the same issue. The weight that is supposed to clamp onto the hose is both too light and does not clamp. There is no mechanism in the weight to cause it to hold tight to the hose and even if there was, I doubt it is heavy enough to cause the sprayer to fully retract. Disappointed that a faucet at this price point can't get this simple detail right.

Bad head retraction from
Head does not seat into the neck properly and the neck wobbles in place. The weight is not enough to retract the head once it is extended. Very poor performance after less than a month’s use.

The faucet design looks sleek and elegant. The reach is excellent, and I really like that I can detach it to rinse around the sink. The water pressure could be a little better. Also, it was a bit difficult to install because it took some time to twist the faucet into place. Overall, I looks nice and durable.

Nice faucet!
First, the likes: the silhouette of this and the look of it. I like this brand they typically have quality products. The pressure on this is much better than my last faucet!
Dislikes: the sprayer. There are 2 different options of sprayers and I don’t care for either. I am a traditional sprayer kind of girl. The way it comes out on either option doesn’t really get the job done when it comes to getting the stuck on food you want to blast off. I still have to get used to the side handle and adjusting as needed. Not as easy as typical ones. Although pretty looking..not sure I will keep it.

It is possible this issue can be resolved by cleaning the wand on your EMMELINE™ Bar/Prep Faucet MODEL#: 9982T-PR-DST. We would recommend soaking the product in a 50/50 solution of water and white distilled vinegar. This could break up any possible calcium buildup inside causing the buttons to stick.

Where should the weight in the pull-down hose be located for the pull-down to retract properly? How do I move the donut-shape weight and 'lock' it in place?

This hose should just rest at the bottom loop of the hose, which helps hold the hose when docked. We do not have any kitchen faucets with a retractable hose.

The wand has a toggle switch that can be switched to spray or stream and it will remain in that position until switched over and the Shieldspray button only works when being depressed.

Newly installed May 2022. Flow slows to a trickle after approx 1 min of continuous running - isolated it to the head by removing it and repeating test (no trickle). What is causing the flow to slow and how do I fix it?

To flush the unit, we recommend the following:
Start with the easy stuff:
Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed.
If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is.
Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow.
If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet.
Next, check the supply lines for debris:
Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines.
Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water.
Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside a bucket.
Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply.

How to fix a water leak when using the handle it drips.

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 9182T-PR-DST Emmeline™ Single Handle Pull Down Kitchen Faucet With Touch2O Technology In Lumicoat Chrome. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing with the faucet leaking. We are happy to help resolve this issue for you.
If the faucet leaks at the handle, ensure the bonnet nut is tightened with a wrench. If the faucet is leaking out of the spout with the handle in the closed position, it is likely caused by water debris trapped in the supply lines or faucet.
To flush the faucet, turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line from the check valve and place it inside of a bucket. Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply.
Since the handle was left in the on position, the water will flow up the cold supply line, through the faucet cartridge, and back down the hot water line into the bucket. Leave this flowing for at least 30 seconds. After flushing, reconnect the hot water line and repeat this process with the cold water line to ensure all particles have been removed from both supplies.
