Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks Nice and Works Well, with one Caveat We purchased this to replace an old faucet with very little water flow. This one provides enough water pressure to use with a garbage disposal. It is attractive and has a high wide arc to reach all three compartments of our sink, without removing the hose. The tap on/off feature is nice, and the sensor glows three different colors to reflect the water temperature. One caveat: The faucet automatically turns off after 4 minutes, so if you are used to running the faucet while doing the dishes, you may have to turn it back on a couple of times. And if you wear gloves while doing dishes, keep a bare arm handy to tap on the faucet! It doesn't respond to rubber gloves.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Should be better for the $$$ Styling is elegant and the features very convenient. After less than a year of service have replaced the batteries twice, the indicator light no longer works and when placed in the touch position, the faucet drips and drips and drips. For the $$$ spent it should be better.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from PROBLEMS FROM THE START - NOW ITS LEAKING!! We bought this when we first built our home, June of '13 - it has had issues from the start. If the wires touch anything it won't work, batteries need replacing and if you don't put it back just right it won't work. Its difficult to deal with being so far back under the sink! Now it's leaking - I realize it's been almost 5 years, but seriously, I'm tied of this. Hopefully, I can contact Delta (I'm sure I'm not the only one with issues) and they can/will help! Buy at your own risk!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the convenience We've owned this faucet for almost six years now and have become absolutely spoiled by the convenience. :-) After owning it for about two years, the "touch mechanism" began to fail and so I called Delta customer service. They were extremely helpful and sent a new repair kit which I replaced myself. The most inconvenient part of that process was the necessity to work from under the sink (not the most convenient place to move around) but other than that, the kit installed easily and worked just fine. After owning the faucet for five years, the touch mechanism failed again, so I once again called customer service. I have to say this--the gentleman I dealt with could not have been more helpful. This person exuded patience and professionalism! After going through some minor troubleshooting, the problem was identified as being a faulty solenoid, and a new, (apparently upgraded) kit was sent immediately and received within a few days. The new design made it easier to install than the first and the color changing LED is a really nice touch. I'm in hopes the "upgraded" replacement will last even longer than the first, because my wife says no matter what, we'll be getting another one just like it, if & when it becomes necessary. Until that time, consider me a very satisfied customer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I've bought 3 of these! I've bought 3 of these faucets (for different homes) because I love them so much. Only had trouble from the last one and Delta was very prompt in sending the parts to correct the problem. My husband installed the first two and a plumber installed the third. Ironically, that's the one that had problems. I've also had other family members purchase one after using mine.

My Addision touch 20 faucet is less than one year old and is now dripping...the only way to stop the dripping is to turn the faucet off. Do I now need a plumber to replace the valve and is that under warranty or not? Isn't this a premature failure?

Asked by: OcalaSherry
Hi, OcalaSherry! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a leak from your Delta faucet. Leaking from the faucet in the touch off mode comes from debris inside the solenoid. You may flush the solenoid by following these next steps. 1. Turn the water supply by putting your handle in the manual off position. 2. Disconnect the sprayer hose by removing the blue retaining clip. 3. Place a bucket under the male adapter coming out from the solenoid. 4. Run water into the bucket for 2-3 minutes. Debris located inside the solenoid should be flushed out after completing these steps. If this does not fix the issue, please contact our Delta Customer Service line at (800)345-3358. We are available Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm, CST and Saturday, 8am-5pm, CST. You may also email at Best Regards, Rosanna

Just installed this faucet. Is there a way to increase the flow rate of the spray feature? By comparison, the regular flow is stronger.

Asked by: Derecho
Hi, Derecho! Thank you for your question. The 9192T-DST does have 1.8 gpm flow rate, and is Water Efficient. Unfortunately, there is not a way to increase the flow rate. If you are getting less than 1.8 gpm flow rate, we recommend to clean the sprayer assembly by soaking the whole sprayer head in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water mix to clean any debris that maybe causing the low flow. Best Regards, Rosanna

When ShieldSpray Tech will be available for Addison model 9192T-RB-DST? Retailers say it has dual function wand only. Also, do you have any plan to add Spot Shield to it? Thanks

Asked by: Rain Flower27
Thank you for your feedback. But, if you check on your official website, 9192T-RB-DST, under "Product Features"-Technologies, It does have the "ShieldSpray" there? Does it have or not have the ShieldSpray?

Can you remove the Touch feature including the solenoid and hardware and use the faucet like a regular faucet?

I'm really not happy with the Touch feature and the faucet seems to be getting lower and lower flow rates even though I've cleaned the screen/aerator. I think maybe disconnecting the whole Touch assembly will fix my problem.
Asked by: Racer X
Hi, Racer X! I am happy to help you, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing low flow. The faucet can be used manually by removing the solenoid entirely from the two hoses and connecting the two hoses together with one of the blue clips. For the low flow, we do recommend to flush the lines and clean the debris screen from the solenoid. To do this, turn your handle to the off position. Get a bucket ready. Disconnect the top hose from your solenoid assembly and point it into a bucket. Turn on the water from your handle and let the water flow through the open hose into the bucket. Does it have adequate flow? Since the hose is disconnected, this is a good time to take the debris screen out of the solenoid. The debris screen is located in the opening of the solenoid where the hose was connected into. Take a pair of needle nose pliers and pull the small debris screen out. Clean the debris screen by rinsing it in running water at another faucet in your home since your kitchen faucet will be disconnected. Install it back into the solenoid and connect everything back up. Try the faucet. Does it still have low flow? If so, turn the handle in the off position. Disconnect the hose from the bottom of the solenoid. Point the whole solenoid into the bucket. Turn the handle in the 'on' position. Flush the solenoid through. This should give you full force at the faucet now. If not, please contact our Delta Customer Service line at (800)345-3358. We are available Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm, CST and Saturday, 8am-5pm, CST. You may also email at Best Regards, Rosanna

Can solenoid cause low flow?

We've never had low flow issue ever since we moved our new home but today we have a very low flow only on this faucet. Can solenoid cause low flow issue?
Asked by: KevKha
Hi, KevKha! Thank you for your question. There are a few factors that can cause low flow. There is a debris screen inside of the solenoid that can be taken out and cleaned. You will want to have a towel and bucket ready under the sink. Turn your handle off at the faucet. Unclip the top 'hose/valve' from the solenoid. Inside of the opening is where the debris screen for the solenoid. You can pull the debris screen out with needle nose pliers. Rinse debris screen thoroughly in running water for a few seconds. Install the debris screen and solenoid back. Check to see if the water runs at a higher flow. You can also flush the lines that go through the solenoid to flush and debris that may cause the low flow. If you should need anymore assistance, please contact us back at (800)345-3358.
