It's a great faucet for a bar area. We don't use the area much however it added a great deal of style and it works great.

Great Faucet, Great Value
I am thrilled with this purchase. I was looking for a smaller scale faucet to fit my small kitchen. This bar sink faucet by Delta is perfect. The quality is nice and the price was right. My husband installed it. He said it was not difficult, just time consuming. Two thumbs up!

Love this faucet
We replaced our old Moen leaky faucet with this Essa Delta!. We had a plumber install it and it was amazing to watch the sink turn into a very professional looking area! We have had two Moen faucets in 22 years and I tell you they do not compare with this product. It is absolutely amazing! I wish we would have put in Delta years ago!

Great product
i bought 2 of these faucets (one regular size and the other bar prep height) as part of a recent kitchen remodeling project. i am very happy with their looks and quality. The detachable sprayer works great and is much more substantial than other faucets i have had. All told and excellent, attractive, reasonably priced, and well-made product.

Great look and features
I bought it and love it, but after install, it has sticky stuff on it. I cannot get it off. Don’t know if the sticky stuff was there just out of the box. It is really functional and quiet. Simple is more.

Unhappy with the Essa Kitchen faucet
We have lived in our new home less than two years and our Essa faucet is dripping out the wand and also under the sink, this unit is to be good for 500,000 cycles and I am sure we have not reached that level of use.

Beautiful and practical
We purchased the faucet to compliment our new countertops. My husband was happy with how easy it was to install and that the directions actually made sense. I couldn’t find the warranty card, so I called customer service and she set me up. She was very friendly! Water flow is excellent, which was a problem with other brands of faucets I reviewed. The pull-down feature works great and it fits in place with a magnet, not a notch fitting like our old chrome one. (Our old chrome faucet was a 16 year old Delta too and still worked fine, but not so attractive anymore) Can’t go wrong with Delta!!! Love it!

Lots of issues
Bought this a year ago. The faucet handle is very sensitive and I have difficulty getting the pressure of the water at a happy medium - it trickles, or blasts out spraying water all over the back of the sink and the counters. Also if the batteries go low the faucet will NOT work at all. The touch is also not very good - half the time I tap the faucet, it doesn't turn on. Very disappointed with this faucet and the price I paid for it.

Q&A
How do you remove the spray head from this faucet?
Hello,
Thank you for your question!
You will press a small button on the connector between the hose and wand which will then allow you to turn the wand counterclockwise until it fully unthreads from the hose.
Please reach out with further questions!

Handle is loose on side of faucet. How do you tighten the handle?
Hi, Jack.
Thank you for your question. The set screw on the handle for the Delta 9913-AR-DST Faucet can be tightened with a 3/32" Allen Wrench.

What is the diameter of the base? What is the diameter of the spout tube?
Hi, colln62!
Thank you for your question. The Delta 9913-DST faucet base has a diameter of 2 13/32"
(61 mm). The diameter of the spout tube is 1.18" (29.972 mm).

The base is loose on the marble countertop, causing the handle to rotate when used. What wrench tool can I use to tighten it? I will have to reach it from underneath the sink. I do not have the tightening tool that came with it. Can I use sealant?
Thank you for your question, RobertSF! The RP60924 wrench that was included with your model is recommended however an adjustable wrench will also work to tighten the mount nut and bracket below the counter. We do not recommend applying sealant as this could make future repairs difficult. Please contact us directly if you have questions or need further assistance.

hot/cold? and direction
Does this bar faucet dispense hot and cold water? Does the lever only go in one direction or does pulling forward give hot water and pushing backwards give cold water ?
Thank you!
Thank you for your question, Linda! This faucet dispenses hot and cold water. The handle operates by tilting away from the faucet to turn on. The vertical position gives cold water and rotating the handle forward provides hot.
Best regards,
Jon

Is there a soap dispenser that looks good with this? I have a 4 hole configuration and need to fill the 4th hole...
Thank you for your question, Liz. We recommend the RP50781, RP1001, 72065T or 72055T to coordinate with the Essa collection. Here is a link to browse our complete selection of soap dispensers:

how long is the hose? Is there any reason not to use this faucet at the main kitchen sink?
Hello Plaza,
Thank you for your question. The Delta Essa Bar/Prep 9913-AR-DST model has a 62" hose assembly. This model can be used/installed as a kitchen faucet, it just smaller than the kitchen version.
Best regards,
Tanya
