Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful quality, leaked from everywhere Leaked at every possible point. I have a phenomenal plumber, but it took him hours to get this product to not leak. By the end of the day, we just started cutting pieces off and soldering on different parts that would fit in order to stop the leak. I think it would be cheaper to pay someone to custom make the part from scratch than to order this and then spend all day trying to figure out how to make it stop leaking. Any place there could have been a leak, there was.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Install Issues I bought this unit for a Roman tub set up. After installation the plumber and I realized the handles (valves) turn a half turn rather than a quarter, as specified. So now my handles interfere with each other. Plus, the diverter will not allow the hand held shower to come on unless there is a lot of water pressure and the hand held shower will not cut off unless the water is turned off. It cannot be operated with the plunger behind the spout.
