We ordered based on feedback of shower head output (we like a concentrated spray - rather powerful). This seems to fit the bill. Also like the sleek look of the Geist set. Modern, but not in a 'too-trendy' sort of way. Very pleased.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Defective Product We bought and installed this kit in Sept 2023. By November 2024, the shower head connector was about 80% split and was leaking water. We called Delta and got a replacement shower head in December 2024. That was defective as well, as there was a piece of "something" rolling around inside. Called Delta again and receive another shower head. Installed new shower head mid December 2024. It is now 1/4/25 and it is broken. Water everywhere. This is a faulty product.

Can I purchase the Geist shower trim without the rough in valve?

The water won't get hot and I know there is usually a way to open the faucet and turn the dial over, however, there is no screws on the actual faucet, only the plate is screwed onto the wall. How do I open this model to move the control over?

Hello! Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! To adjust your 1400 series temperature for hotter water, please follow the instructions below. You shouldn't need to shut your water off but keep in mind it is still possible for the water to turn on if the stem is rotated. Please gather 1/8" allen wrench for a lever handle and a philips screwdriver for a knob handle. 1. Remove your handle with your 1/8" allen wrench. The set screw should be under the lever of the handle. If you have a knob, please remove the cap on the tip of the handle. You will need a philips head screwdriver to remove the screw. 2. Pull the sleeve assembly off of the valve. This is the cylindrical part behind your handle that hides the valve body. 3. You will see a brass stem and a plastic white piece on the tip of the cartridge. The white piece has notches on it to grip it easier. 4. Please pull the white piece towards you and rotate counter-clockwise for hotter water. *Please note there is a limit of how far this will rotate, if you rotate to the hottest setting it will be the same temperature as your water heater. This is not recommended as it can cause scalding. Please also note that each notch you rotate to can range anywhere between 4 and 16 degrees Fahrenheit.* Now you are able to install your sleeve and your handle onto your valve. Turn your water on and see if this is your desired temperature. If it is, tighten the set screw or the screw and the temperature adjustment on the cartridge is done! We appreciate your inquiry. Does this combo come with the stopper required to plug off the tub spout valve? If not is there a part number to order one?

Hello Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Yes, you can purchase a shower arm diverter that will connect directly to the shower arm. The shower head will connect to the front of the shower arm diverter and the handshower hose will connect to the bottom connection. To switch modes between the shower head, hand shower, and both, there is a lever on the shower arm diverter itself. Please refer to the link below! We are remodeling our shower. Only updating fixtures and paint but not the tile. Is it possible to order the Geist model backing plate, center valve cover and handle, shower head, extension pipe, and pipe ring in oil rubbed bronze?

The part numbers RP39407OB, RP6023OB, and RP6025OB in oil rubbed bronze are available to order for the shower arm, flange, and trim sleeve. The RP77089OB escutcheon plate and RP102030OB handle kit are not yet available for orders but are expected to being shipping orders on 6/1/2023. Can I use the Geist tub/shower faucet for a "tub only" application? I'm assuming the open port that would be for the shower stem just gets capped ? We have a separate shower and want the faucets to match.
