It’s very durable and when actuating the handles you can tell how smooth the valves are internally. The gold is beautiful and square design works well with my sink bowl. Overall the install was very easy. I would recommend!

It seems very well made so I believe it will last a long time. I love the beautiful finish and how easy it is to wipe clean. It has great water pressure with no leakage. I 100% would recommend this faucet and brand!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leakage Issue My husband I purchased a home 2.5 years ago and the builder installed this faucet on both of the bathroom sinks. The master bathroom facet is leaking into the cabinet. Water runs down the cold and hot water lines and drips into the base of the cabinet. I had a plumber look at it and he said all of the connections are tight and the only two things that could be causing the leak is the aerator or inside the faucet due to faulty parts. The plumber replaced the aerator, but the faucet still leaks. I called both the builder, who would not help us because the home is out of its one-year warranty, and the plumber who installed it and they would not help us either. I suppose I will have to order this facet and replace it myself. So frustrating to have a home for just 2.5 years and have replace facets already.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from HORRIBLE finish and HORRIBLE customer service We recently built a house with a new home building company and these faucets were installed in matte black. They were beautiful but started chipping within the 1st month. When we tried to have them replaced under warranty we were denied because we used a magic eraser sponge to clean them just once. 1st, we received no instructions on how to clean them, 2nd they started chipping BEFORE that sponge was used, 3rd I looked up the instructions and no where do they state not to use a magic eraser. They said I should have known to only use a cloth and water to clean them. These are bathroom faucets. I don't know many people that feel their bathroom is clean after just using water to clean, gross. So beware on not just this product but all delta junk products. The quality of products seem to just be going down the drain and there is no integrity on the company's part.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Had to be replaced after 3 years due to hard water Our 4-year-old home has 7 Ashlyn two-handled center set bath faucets and ALL of them need to be replaced because the city's hard water has destroyed the inner workings/seals. We noticed a leak in one faucet a year ago and replaced it, but a plumbing inspection today found that five of these faucets have leaked and damaged the base cabinet, and all 7 faucets have visible corrosion damage on the pipes. Plumber says the hard water has permanently damaged the pipes inside the faucet, so they can't be "rebuilt" or repaired. I love the look of this faucet, and we had a water softener installed about 6 months ago, before knowing the first leak we discovered was caused by hard water. Not sure what kind of faucet to order now, but wary of this one. Just wanted to alert anyone else who has hard city water that this may not be the best faucet style for you. Our bill will be $1,785 just for labor, not including replacement faucets. So disappointed!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Angular Lines Give Modern Update [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wanted a new look for main bathroom from a previous Delta Chrome/Brass combo from 20 years ago. Difficult to find the 4" centerset faucet that is more stylish. This one meets all the requirements. Installation was done by my husband and not much of an issue with the components all in the box. Minor adjustment needs to be made with the stopper so that it is flush with the faucet, but he did not have any issues with the install overall.

Can the PEX supplies be replaced with Stainless Steel flexible supplies? We are installing this on a pedestal Sink and they will be seen and wanted to dress it up a bit....

I am looking at Ashlyn center set bathroom centerset faucet.Can the 2564-MPU-DST be used with or with out excusion plate? I was also looking at the 25

64-TP-DST without excusion plate.I am not sure which one I need or will work.Can I find the measurements on them?I will be ordering on line so really can,t look to see how they will fit. Thank You PS also looking at dual function head&hand held shower package.

Thank you for your question, Jack. This faucet cannot be installed without the base. The model 3564-MPU-DST can be installed on a 4 1/2" to 16" installation. https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/product/3564-MPU-DST The model T17264-I shower trim includes an In2ition shower head and hand shower. what is the height of the faucet?

I have a low clearance area for a bathroom faucet and am wondering what the height of this model is from base to the top of the faucet?

There is an optional thick deck kit (RP76691) available that adds 1 1/4" max. deck thickness.
