Rated 1 out of 5 by from The faucet itself is great, but we needed an extra part for the faucet since our countertop was slightly too deep for the faucet to fit properly. This seems to have been an issue for several people as indicated in other reviews. I called Delta to try to fix the issue and was initially told that no part existed to fix this problem. When I pointed out that other reviews for this faucet indicated that RP10612 extension kit is what I needed, they offered me a "discount" on the kit that was actually more expensive than what it costs to order the part from other websites. Seems like a bait and switch to sell a faucet that doesn't fit the countertop on a very basic stock vanity and then require people to pay an extra $45 to buy an extra part to make it fit. Customer service did not seem to have any interest in helping me with this problem other than saying they could order the part for me (again, at a more expensive price and with longer shipping times than other websites).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delta 3530lf faucets [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased two faucets to install diy in new 1 1/4 inch granite counter tops. the faucets are beautiful, well constructed and easy to install. 1 minor problem: because the counter tops were so thick the faucet spigot did not fit Thru the granite. The supply valves fit ok but not the spigot. I called delta and they sent an extension kit free of charge for both faucets. Highly recommend theses faucets.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Countertop Depth I was disappointed that the faucet valves accommodate a 3 CM counter top, but the faucet doesn’t. Very odd. The adapter mentioned to get more depth isn’t easily found. Overall the quality is excellent, but i should have paid more attention to the specification on countertop depth. Why Delta would even sell unit with the faucet and spout accommodating different counter thicknesses is a bewilderment.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Problem faucet Love the modern design but......the hexagon bolt at end of copper tube inside spount did not match up with its base. My contractor had to bend the copper tube to get it to fit. The mounting for the faucet was not long enough for my slab so my contractor had to call Delta to see if there was a part to entend the mounting screw. Delta had the part and overnighted it to me. Also, the lift rod interfered with the under works of the system and took much manuvering to get it to work properly. After all that, two of the four faucets are in and look great. If I did not have the excellent contractor that I do I am not sure how this would have ended up. I have the faucets I wanted but would not recommend them because of the number of flaws in workmanship that were encountered.
