Beautiful and Functional
I have purchased 4 of these faucets for my bathrooms. I've had 3 of them for more than a year now. I bought the 4th recently for another bathroom. They look great and work very well. I had all of them professionally installed by a plumber. They arrived super fast, within 24 hours after being ordered. They fit well with different decor styles and are easy to use and keep clean. Definitely would recommend this faucet. I'm very happy with it.

Not happy with Delta Products
We built our home 4 years ago and installed Delta faucets in our entire home. so far Ive had to replace the 3 position head and cartrage on my kitchen faucet and now I am having another leaking issure with my bathroom faucet. The Delta rep that I spoke with was very helpful and appologized. The parts were sent to me withn a few days. But I still have to do the work on faucets that were not cheep to purchase.

Delta customer service worked great
I was about to replace the entire faucet because that is what the plumber recommended. I called Delta and they sent me new cartridges. I watched the Delta video and replaced the cartridges. No more leaks and no expensive repair bill.

Not hygienic
This faucet has a design flaw. You are supposed to tighten screws inside the handles with an L-shaped Allen key. But they didn’t provide anything to close the hole, so water enters inside the handles. It would not be hygienic as dirty standing water remains inside the levers.

Is there a replacement flange for sinks that do not have an overflow drain? This drain assembly simply won't work on sinks with no overflow -- the assembled piece is to long and the holes in the flange would just leak water.

How do you adjust the handle position
Hi Frank,
Thank you for your question!
If the handle orientation is incorrect you will need to first turn the water off at the shut-off valves before proceeding. Next, you will use an Allen wrench to remove the handle set screws and handle. Once removed you will unscrew the bonnet nut, remove the stem unit, flip it 180 degrees and reinstall it. This will allow the handle to rotate in the correct direction.

Recent bathroom remodel. Contractor installed TWO Delta faucets Model 3538-SSMPU-DST. Contractor tells us neither package contained covers for the set screws on the FOUR handles. Can you send us FOUR?
