Rated 2 out of 5 by from Multiple flaws with this faucet model We’ve had this installed for 2.5 years now in our master bathroom and every single time we use it we regret choosing this model. First - the square base on each handle wiggles around and never stays firmly in one position on the counter every time you turn on the hot or cold water. We’ve tried tightening it, loosening it, plumber visits, calling Delta, etc and it appears this is the design. For a square-shape handle base, when it’s not perfectly in line with the edge of the counter, it always looks cosmetically off. Second - this faucet has plastic cartridges in each handle that squeak each time you turn the water on. We’ve also had a plumber try to remedy this and called Delta about it as well. Cheap insides for an expensive faucet. Third - the water flow splashes terribly all over the counter (as many reviews have already mentioned.) And our sinks are extra deep so this should be a non-issue. Just terrible quality faucet and design all around. Will never buy Delta again, we’ve learned our lesson.

I love the contemporary looks but not how it splashes all over the countertop. Eventually my husband turned down the water pressure but why should one have to do that? My previous faucet worked fine under normal water pressure. I sold the home 2 years ago and I'm building another one. After reading the recent reviews, it sounds like the issue still exists. I will NOT be ordering the Vero bathroom set for my new home.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful faucet. I bought the Vero line for my master bathroom renovation. The only problem I have is the water splatter. I think it’s the way the water comes out of the faucet and hits the sink. It’s livable but I think Delta needs to adjust this issue.

It is the most expensive faucet in my house (in the brilliance stainless finish) and the only one with corrosion issues.I would not recommend this product.

The flow from these faucets wasn't a nice sheer decent but a crossing pattern that wasn't attractive at all. Secondly the faucets put out minimal flow of water and there was no difference from partial on to full on. I could ave spent much less on many faucets with a better result. Disappointed Delta.

I am a little disappointed that water spots show as easily as they do on it though. I have had a hit and miss relationship with Delta products and I am hoping that this one will hold up well , time will tell though. Happy with it's performance so far...

The push down plug helps to give that clean look by not having a handle to move the plug up and down. Also like the fact that it is guaranteed fir life!!

Can I use this on my tub?

Hi Jays, Thank you for your question! The 3553LF-CZ lavatory faucet only releases 1.2gpm ( gallons per minute) which would not be enough water to fill a tub in good timing. Best regards, Brandis

What is the maximum deck thickness for installation?

What is the maximum deck thickness for installation? The spec sheet says 1 1/8" but I saw a post that this had been increased recently to accommodate thicker granite installations?
